　　體系，非學(xué)歷證書)，參加5月同等學(xué)力申碩考試后，可以獲得碩士學(xué)位證，但沒有研究生學(xué)歷。

　　學(xué)位不等同于學(xué)歷，取得學(xué)士學(xué)位證書的，必須首先獲得大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)證書，而取得碩士學(xué)位或博士學(xué)位證書的，卻不一定能夠獲得碩士研究生或博士研究生畢業(yè)證書。 現(xiàn)在經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)將學(xué)位與學(xué)歷相混淆的現(xiàn)象，如有的人學(xué)歷為本科畢業(yè)，以后通過在職人員學(xué)位申請取得了博士學(xué)位，這時，學(xué)歷仍為本科，而不能稱之為取得"博士學(xué)歷"。下面按照兩種分類方式進(jìn)行介紹。

　　教育方式

　　在職人員參加研究生教育的方式分為兩類：學(xué)歷教育和非學(xué)歷教育。

　　在職研究生分單獨考試、同等學(xué)力申碩和在職攻讀碩士學(xué)位三種：

　　(詳細(xì)分為六種方式：單獨考試、1月份法律碩士聯(lián)考、1月份工商管理碩士(MBA)聯(lián)考、在職人員攻讀碩士學(xué)位全國聯(lián)考、同等學(xué)力申請碩士學(xué)位、研究生進(jìn)修班) 單獨考試

　　單獨考試：參加單獨考試的考生，一般應(yīng)限于用人單位推薦為本單位定向培養(yǎng)或委托培養(yǎng)的在職人員。單獨考試碩士生學(xué)習(xí)期間不轉(zhuǎn)戶口，不轉(zhuǎn)人事關(guān)系，不轉(zhuǎn)工資關(guān)系，醫(yī)療費由考生原工作單位負(fù)責(zé)，畢業(yè)后回原單位工作。

　　單獨考試考生報考的條件：

　　(1)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)后在本專業(yè)或相近專業(yè)連續(xù)工作四年。

　　(2)政治表現(xiàn)好、業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)秀、已經(jīng)發(fā)表過研究論文(技術(shù)報告)或已經(jīng)成為業(yè)務(wù)骨干的在職人員，經(jīng)本單位和兩名具有高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)的專家推薦，并且是為本單位定向培養(yǎng)或委托培養(yǎng)的考生，可參加單獨考試。參加單獨考試的考生可向經(jīng)國家教育部批準(zhǔn)的為在職人員進(jìn)行單獨考試的招生單位申請報名。

　　(3)有所在單位和兩名高級專業(yè)職務(wù)的專家推薦。

　　(4)年齡可放寬到40歲左右。 參加單獨考試的考生，一般應(yīng)限于用人單位推薦為本單位定向培養(yǎng)或委托培養(yǎng)的在職人員。單獨考試碩士生學(xué)習(xí)期間不轉(zhuǎn)戶口，不轉(zhuǎn)人事關(guān)系，不轉(zhuǎn)工資關(guān)系，醫(yī)療費由考生原工作單位負(fù)責(zé)，畢業(yè)后回原單位工作。 參加單獨考試考生直接到招生單位或招生單位所在地省級高校招生辦公室公告指定的報考點進(jìn)行確認(rèn)報名，確認(rèn)截止日期與統(tǒng)考生確認(rèn)截止日期一致。單獨考試的初試科目均由招生單位自行命題。 單獨考試考完后可以全脫產(chǎn)、半脫產(chǎn)、在職學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)期滿，學(xué)完規(guī)定的全部課程且考試合格并通過碩士學(xué)位論文答辯者，授予國家頒發(fā)的碩士研究生畢業(yè)證書和碩士學(xué)位證書。
