　　我叫wlb，應用化學專業的，所以口才不如營銷專業同學的好，說的不好的地方請大家多多包含。下面我想先對我為什么要應聘天地公司，第一它待遇明確，所以我有一種信任的感覺，而且待遇不錯，可以找到一種歸宿感，第二，它施行十輪淘汰制，很具有挑戰性和刺激性。第三，它有培訓機制。因為我們是初出大學的學生，書本上的知識和現實 又是那么的遠，有再強的學習能力，再好的思維也英雄無用武之地，第四，它的公司文化，“快樂工作，快樂學習，快樂 生活”以及“創新 質量”等。因為人不是機器，工作和生活同樣重要。而且人不能一層不變的生活，所以要創新。這些都是我選擇天地公司原因。

　　接著我想做個面試自我介紹。我個性隨和，平易近人。而且向來堅持“多動腦，少廢事”的個人處事原則。所以大學期間我研究過如何思考，如何學習，如何創新，如何思維，如何記憶等。所以大學期間，我不僅是為了學習知識而學習，更是為了學習而學習。所以我的學習能力比較強，學習效率高(沒想到面試官說2min到，很尷尬，但現在我想把我打在肚子里的東西寫完)。我學的是應用化學，但是我并不怎么喜歡它。但既然選了就要學好，所以我只要求學好學懂，但并不要一定學到很優秀。按我的個個處事原則，所以我選擇在學習能力提高方面下功夫，所以研究了上面所說方面的書籍。而且本人最大的特點就是創新能力比較強，我想給大家說幾個小事“第一，我們宿舍臺燈電路板壞了，其他人都說廢了，而我用一個打火機熔化一條報廢的圓珠筆恐芯就搞定。第二，我參加過一次記憶培訓，當時老師教我們用一個圖像當一個密碼代替兩個數字，而后再結合一些特定的地點就可以記住無規律的一串數字。當時的一個圖像只可以記住兩個數字，而我經過總結，就可以一個密碼記住四個數字，效率提高了一倍。第三，同樣在記憶培訓中，當老師告訴我們用圖像代替數字，再叫我們找一組地點時，我就意識到一定是叫我們把故事同地點聯系起來達到記住的目的。果然。以上是我作為一個實習生的求職自我介紹，謝謝大家。

　　實習期間，我自覺遵守實習紀律和律師執業道德，遵從指導律師的指導，熱心研究，積極與其他實習伙伴和律師一道探討、參與相關案件。由于我在校期間，曾在律所實習，基本熟悉訴訟業務的流程和辦理要求。畢業后在公司從事法務工作一年，對合同談判和審核了解較多。因此，這一年實習期間，我以非訴業務為主。

　　我主要參與了股權轉讓、項目交接、城市更新、法律方案、和解協議等業務。這些業務對法律思辨有較高要求，同時對綜合研判和寫作能力要求也較高。我喜歡鉆研疑難問題，并根據現行法律及法律原理進行研究。在實踐中積累了一些經驗。經過實習，加深了我對非訴業務的認識，也知道了自己的短板。法律沖突及其解釋、法律未明確事項的裁量、法律與現實的矛盾、談判技巧等都需要再提高。律師工作面廣，要有大局觀念，又要有細節意識;要有強健體魄，也要良好心態;要有干勁，又要賴得住繁亂……有實習的磨練，前輩的指導，自己的努力，我對律師工作充滿期待。
