　　大學期間，我明白理論必須聯系實踐，于是我也練就了較好的實踐能力。20xx年7月—8月，我在電子有限責任公司擔任倉庫人員，負責入庫及發料登記，認真配合部門工作，從中認識到部門溝通的重要性。雖然我的實踐內容與所學專業有所出入，但我的實踐能力、交際能力、吃苦耐勞能力等都得到了提升，也培養了自己的細心、耐心與專心。同時，在實踐期間我認真向單位會計人員學習，對會計工作壞境有了初步的認識。

　　首先，想做好銷售工作，首先就要做好自我推銷。讓一個陌生人信任自己是有一定難度的，但只有客戶相信可以，才會相信自己的產品，才能更好的將產品推入市場。

　　其此，作為管理人才銷售經理除了應該具備一定的銷售知識外，還應具有良好的溝通、協調能力，能夠吃苦耐勞，具有良好的團隊合作，講究職業道德。我曾在__公司在銷售崗位工作過兩年，后被升職為銷售經理，并認為個人的能力畢竟很有限，只有通過團隊合作，集思廣益才能更好的完成工作。
