一、考試前一天的注意事項
有些考生在考前的幾天時間里，會出現過度緊張、睡不好，那么，這個時候生物鐘應該怎么進行調整？
考試前2—3天應該將自己的生物鐘調整到最佳狀態。每晚11點以前一定要上床。因為11點，是人體開始進行內部系統修復的時候。一般6點起床較為合適。過早過晚都不適宜，使自己最好的狀態和太陽同步。習慣睡午覺的同學應該提前幾天調整睡眠時間以保證睡眠充足。即使失眠，也不要過于緊張。以下幾個方法可以緩解你的緊張。
1.至少提前20分鐘為休息做準備，而不是匆忙洗完就上床。
2.一邊洗臉、刷牙，進行睡前清洗時，一邊心里默念：我現在需要休息了。我將要躺在舒適溫暖/清涼的床上。
3.不要在睡前洗過熱的澡，水溫適合就可以。泡腳水溫度稍熱些，可以放松神經。
4.不要聽過于激烈或傷懷的音樂。
5.睡不著，不要緊張。有人會聽廣播里的天氣預報，有人會選擇看本枯燥的理論書，有人會做遐想，總之要找到適合自己的放松方法。
有些考生擔心面試那天起不了床，或是因為起晚耽誤面試。
以下方法都可以使用：準備2個鬧鐘；請家人叫早。以上方法可以同時使用。
面試時衣服不要前一天晚上才試穿，至少提前5天到一周；并要求自己穿半天，才能使衣服和自己適應。
面試前，時間很緊，考場環境勘察是非常有必要的。按照規律，正常人在陌生環境，其表達能力和思維能力都會受到影響，與平時在自己熟悉的環境中是有差別的。考生應事先勘察最方便的到達考場的路線、乘車方式，將第二天天氣突然變化導致交通擁堵考慮進去，確保按時到達考場；事先將考場整個外部、內部環境熟悉一遍，搞清楚具體方位和建筑物之間的關系，考場內部環境，樓道、電梯、大門、衛生間等位置，這些映像有助于考生消除緊張心理，將客場作戰變為主場。
面試過程中有些考生由于很緊張，總是會忘記一些東西。要準備的物品大體如下，事先列個清單，逐項檢查核實，事先裝好。
考試證件：身份證、準考證、面試通知書（如發的話）。
零星用品：零錢、包、手表、小鏡子（男生也要帶一個）、水杯（可以買一瓶水）、一塊小毛巾、面巾紙，其它個人必需品。
書籍報紙：面試抽簽順序可能靠后，面試候考時間可能較長，候考期間不能外出，帶些必要的書籍和報紙可以讓自己心情免于浮躁。
手機、MP3：手機在候考時會被考官統一保管，MP3可以在候考時使用。
二、考試當天去考點之前準備的注意事項
考試當天去考場之前，需要注意的是早上一定要按時起床，檢查面試需要的相關物品和材料，特別是證件。女同學可以在早餐后再適當化裝，男同學也要注意不要穿戴整齊后在外邊吃早飯，以免不小心弄臟衣服來不及更換，影響心情。早飯量要中等，吃太多，容易犯困，食物如面包、雞蛋、面條等都可以。不要太咸，否則，到考場后需要喝很多水，上衛生間頻繁。總的原則是適度即可。交通工具上，最好打車前往考場，騎自行車容易遭遇惡劣天氣和偶然情況。路上要保持心平氣和，切勿和別人爭執，以免影響考試。
