14.3.仲裁的裁決是終局的，對雙方均具有約束力。
14.4.仲裁費用由敗訴方負(fù)擔(dān)。
14.5.若仲裁的內(nèi)容是合同的部分條款，合同的其他條款在仲裁期間應(yīng)繼續(xù)執(zhí)行。
第十五條 適用法律
本合同的解釋和執(zhí)行以中華人民共和國的法律為依據(jù)。
第十六條 合同有效期
16.1.本合同由雙方代表于1993年5月8日簽，合同簽訂后，由各方分別向本公司管理機構(gòu)或本國政府當(dāng)局申請批準(zhǔn)，以最后一方的批準(zhǔn)日期為合同生效日期。雙方應(yīng)盡力在60天內(nèi)獲得批準(zhǔn)，用電傳通知對方，并用郵件確認(rèn)。若本合同自簽字之日起6個月仍不能生效。雙方均有權(quán)解除合同。
16.2.本合同效期十年，期滿時自動失效。
16.3.本合同期滿時，雙方發(fā)生的未了債務(wù)不受合同期滿的影響，債務(wù)人應(yīng)向債權(quán)人繼續(xù)支付未了債務(wù)。
本合同有中、英兩種文本。當(dāng)對其中條款的解釋產(chǎn)生異議時，以中文本為準(zhǔn)。
