　　在校期間主要學習的課程有：貨幣銀行、基礎會計、財務會計、財務管理、保險學、審計學、國際貿易、國際金融、西方經濟學等。

　　一年來，在領導及同事們的幫助指導下，通過自身的努力，我個人無論是在敬業精神、思想境界還是在業務素質、工作能力上都得到進一步提高，并取得了一定的工作成績，現將本人一年以來的工作、學習情況匯報如下：

　　一、加強政治學習，注重提升個人修養。

　　在政治思想上，我堅持社會主義道路，擁護共產黨的領導，認真學習“三個代表”的重要思想，深入把握其精神實質。我積極參加思想政治學習，提高自己的政治理論水平和綜合素質，并在實際工作，根據自身崗位特點，切實作好本職工作。通過學習，進一步提高了思想政治覺悟和道德品質修養，做到了與人為善，和睦相處。提高了對發展是第一要務的認識，有效地增強了工作的系統性、預見性和創造性。

　　二、加強理論與業務學習，努力提高財會人員的政治素質和業務水平

　　1、認真搞好“廉潔執法，永葆先進”主題實踐活動，努力發揮黨員先鋒模范作用。根據分局黨委的統一部署和要求，財務股黨支部采取集中學習和自學兩種方式，學習了講話、社會主義榮辱觀、溫對工商工作的重要批示、《黨章》、《公務員法》、六項禁令等，并按要求認真作了筆記，寫出心得體會。通過“廉潔執法，永葆先進”主題實踐活動，財務股全體黨員黨性觀念進一步增強，團結的氣氛進一步濃厚，思想作風、工作作風得到進一步改進。同時加強了基層黨組織建設，于今年8月發展了2名入黨積極分子。

　　2、加強財務人員業務培訓，提高財務人員職業道德和業務素質，為拓寬知識面，不斷提高會計人員的業務能力，3月份財務股全體同志參加了市局財務科組織的會計電算化培訓，10月份全局財務人員參加了紅花崗區財政局組織的財務人員繼續教育。

　　三、遵紀守法，廉潔自律，樹立財務工作者的良好形象。

　　2、進一步加強部門間的溝通、協調工作，推行機關、基層工商所財務管理明朗化。嚴格按部門職責做好本質工作，圍繞全局工作重心，努力工作，給領導當好參謀。

　　3、進一步做好固定資產管理工作，進一步做好固定資產的清理及固定資產帳卡的的明細登記。

　　4、認真完成好上級部門和領導交辦的其他各項工作。
