　　回顧過去一年的工作，__年既是忙碌又是充實的一年，在學校課本上所學的知都是理論性的知識，此刻工作中一點一滴積累起來的實踐經驗，才是我一生享受不盡的寶藏。在這一年里，有困難也有收獲，認真工作的結果，是完成了個人職責，也加強了自身本事。將這一年工作簡要評價如下：

　　一、政治、思想

　　我身著強烈的主人翁意識，隨時關注電建__公司發展，切身想到電建__公司、項目部及試驗室的利益，堅定電建__公司會不斷的發展、壯大，對電建__公司的未來充滿了熱情與期望。雖然我此刻還未加入中國共產黨，但我也將以黨員的標準嚴格要求自我，自覺理解黨員和同事們的監督和幫忙，堅持不懈地克服自身的缺點，彌補自我的不足，爭取在以后漫長的歲月中經得起考驗，早日加入偉大的中國共產黨。

　　二、工作態度

　　無論在工作還是生活當中，我一向相信一份耕耘，一份收獲，所以我一向在努力，不斷努力學習，不斷努力工作。熱愛自我本職工作能夠正確認真對待每一項工作，工作投入，按時出勤，有效利用工作時間，堅守崗位。工期緊，人員少，任務繁多，能夠做到跟班作業，保證按時完成檢驗任務，保證工程檢驗暢通，表現出我們試驗人員職責心強，發揚了我們試驗人員連續工作、吃苦耐勞精神。

　　三、崗位職責

　　認真貫徹國家有關標準化，質量管理體系，產品質量監督檢驗以及研究開發的方針政策;確實執行本崗位負責監督檢測的工程產品的有關標準、試驗方法及有關規定，做到所做每項檢驗都有法可依。做好委托單理解，項目檢驗，資料，反饋等工作，做好跟蹤臺帳，便于日后查閱。由于試驗檢驗項目多，項目檢驗時間不一，提前將工作做到位，避免施工單位技術人員不了解工程檢驗要求及技術指標而延誤工期，影響進度。我們試驗室人員堅持四項基本原則，貫徹質量方針，落實質量目標，遵守規章制度，全心全意服務于施工現場。

　　四、具體工作

　　我所從事的工作主要是對一些工程土建類材料(水泥、砂、石子、鋼材、磚等)及成品(鋼筋焊件、混凝土試塊等)進行試驗、檢驗;參與進行混凝土配合比試配檢驗;對攪拌站混凝土的攪拌進行監督控;對現場混凝土及回填土進行控制工作等。

　　我剛參加工作時首先接觸到的是回填土檢驗，回填土雖然單一、枯燥，一般人覺得那不就是墊點兒土，有什么好做的，但我干了一段時間，其實并不是那么簡單：從土的材料要求開始，土壤擊實定下，它的控制指標;什么部位需要回填土，什么部位需要回填砂石或者是3：7灰土都要有技術指標控制;回填機具的選用;回填之前條件是否具備地下混凝土基礎強度是否到達規定要求，土的材料選用，密實度要求，虛鋪厚度及壓實系數是否已確定，回填夯實達不到要求，那就要造成塌方，下沉，甚至帶來更大的危害。所以在之后逐漸接觸的其他材料檢驗前，在我心中已奠定干什么事情都不是那么容易，不容一絲含糊。

　　陸續的在試驗室接觸更多的項目檢驗，明確了工作程序，在具體工作中構成了一個比較清晰的工作思路，能夠順利的開展工作，并熟練圓滿的完成本職工作。

　　一對原材料的控制：凡進入現場的原材料，每批都應出具生產廠家的質量保證書、檢驗合格證，每批次的原材料都應按規定的數量進行檢驗。①對于水泥，在使用散裝水泥倉時，不一樣廠家、不一樣品種、不一樣標號的水泥嚴禁混用。在使用袋裝水泥時，應有防護隔潮措施，避免水泥受潮結塊。對于存放超過三個月的水泥在使用時，應提前與試驗室聯系，對水泥的實際標號進行二次復查。②砂石中不得含雜異物、煤屑等。尤其是不能混白灰。當發現原材料與樣品不符或異常時，應與試驗室聯系，及時處置。為了不影響施工進度，所有進廠原材料都必須及時委托試驗，對水泥試驗采用3d強度和28d強度，鋼材、砂、石等在試驗室理解委托后二十四小時內出具試驗報告。所有需要檢驗的材料必須由試驗室出具試驗合格報告后才可使用。既先檢驗，后使用的原則，否則視為不合格品。禁止在工程中使用。

　　二對于回填土的控制：回填土的施工之前，施工部門應如實的填寫回填土委托單，設計圖紙有要求的按圖紙要求施工。沒有要求的按國家規范執行。回填土施工選擇的土料含水率要求最佳。回填土每層的鋪土厚度按規范分層夯實，不得漏夯，逐層驗收。經試驗合格后，才能進行下一步回填，否則施工單位進行返工處理。

　　三①砼工程。對于有特殊要求的砼及大體積砼應提前委托，開罐后應進行開盤鑒定。②攪拌站每次攪拌砼時，應嚴格執行配合比，控制好塌落度及和易性，并做好攪拌和生產控制記錄。如果含水量變化較大時，要及時通知試驗室作動態調整。在使用粉煤灰時，應避免或減少環境的污染。攪拌站留置砼試塊，試驗室將根據攪拌站生產砼等級、批次、時間、對攪拌站進行砼生產評定，使砼生產的水平得到控制。

　　四對于進入施工現場土建操作的焊工，其所在的單位必須在工程開工前，將焊工的技術等級證書復印件及名單交到試驗室。工程開工之前要對焊工試焊進行考核。出具試驗合格報告后，焊工才可進行正式操作。

　　我剛參加工作就很快融入到工作中去了，不斷要求自我，不斷督促自我提高。作為一名年輕工作者，對待工作我絲毫不敢怠慢，我要求自我作到把工作中的得失和每次出現的問題記下來以吸取經驗教訓，遇到疑難問題或者工作中遇到困難就向通事和領導請教，耐心的聽取他提出的意見、提議，改善工作。因為我所在的部門大部分時間只限在一個小圈工作，我不能坐以待斃，我經常還不時的與現場多接觸，了解工程程序，步驟，便于今后更好的服務于工作。

　　五、工作成績

　　我在工作中學到了很多東西，也鍛煉了自我。經過不懈的努力，使工作水平有了又了進一步，并且在__項目第一次大干120天戰役立功競賽活動中我被__項目部“榮立個人二等功”，此外，在與試驗室的其他同事相互配合、共同協作努力下，我所在的__項目土建試驗室被“榮立團體一等功”。

　　這一年當中雖然我也取得了一些小小的成績，但相對于公司及上級領導們對我的重托和期望還相差甚遠。在以后的工作中，我會更加的努力，不斷提高自我的專業技術水平，更好的完成領導安排的任務。拓寬思路，深化細化本職工作，努力為電建__公司這支強大的鐵軍作出更大的貢獻。
