作為一名平面設(shè)計人員，工作能力的提高是重中之重。20__年的時間里，我對我們所從事的工作流程，方法等有了較深的認識，對平面設(shè)計規(guī)范也有了一定的了解。能力來源于實踐，實踐檢驗能力;一年來，我對自己的堅持一步一步地腳踏實地走過來，我能熟練的掌握photoshop等設(shè)計軟件，加以自己對平面設(shè)計的理解，能作出一般的單體效果圖，但是還需要不斷的學習和實踐。
一年來，我參與了公司的部分的平面方案的設(shè)計，我跟隨設(shè)計組的領(lǐng)導一起查閱資料，埋頭苦干，并虛心向同事請教，圓滿完成了既定任務。在獨立設(shè)計的過程中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己還欠缺一些設(shè)計師應具備的能力，特別是對復雜設(shè)計方案的把握還缺乏基礎(chǔ)理論性的認識，這都是在以后的工作中必須首要加強的。

一、工作總結(jié)：
從開始連效果圖都做不好到現(xiàn)在能自己套程序，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開同事們的幫助。在這三個月里，我學習了制作網(wǎng)頁的基礎(chǔ)知識。從配色到布局，從制作效果圖再到切片，再到用dw制作網(wǎng)頁，最后套程序。每一個環(huán)節(jié)我都沒有松懈，不管是在公司還是回到家里，我都會充分利用時間來學習，補充自己貧瘠的知識。雖然現(xiàn)在的水平還遠遠不夠，但是捫心自問，我在遠洋的每一天都是充實的，沒有虛度，我相信在新的一年里，通過自己的努力和同事們的幫助，我會學到更多的東西，不管是在技術(shù)水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓。
二、工作中的不足：
雖然通過三個月的努力，技術(shù)水平有所提高，但是還是存在很多不足的地方，因為基礎(chǔ)打的不夠好，很多地方學習起來有些吃力，不停的問同事，也給別人帶來了不少麻煩，因為知識的不足，使得開始的學習有些混亂，感覺不知道從哪里開始學起，無從下手，浪費了不少時間。
三、新一年的目標：
過去的一年的整體上是緊張的、忙碌的、充實的。因為我剛剛來到遠洋，所以對我來說這也是充滿希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能夠再接再礪，同時也加強自身的能力，工作中與同事多溝通，多關(guān)心了解其他部門的工作性質(zhì)，進一步提高自己專業(yè)知識技能，積極吸收新的觀念與設(shè)計理念，要繼續(xù)在自己的工作崗位上踏踏實實做事，老老實實做人，爭取做出更大的成績來。
我們經(jīng)過痛苦煎熬，終于做出來的時候倍感輕松。
在我工作經(jīng)歷中，讓我感到幸運的就是公司給我這一次就業(yè)機會。與以往的工作經(jīng)歷不同的是，這里給人一種完全放松的工作氛圍，沒有因為測試出的 bug 和不能按時提交的軟件模塊功能而心懷忐忑，接觸的人際關(guān)系也不再是有限的技術(shù)人員，在這里我學到很多以前不曾接處的東西，處理人際關(guān)系的能力，會不會說讓人喜歡的話，處事的心態(tài)等。在此對一個月的工作和生活做一下總結(jié)，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的缺點和不足，在以后的工作中加以改進，以提高自己的工作水平。

工作一年了，結(jié)合我自身談談UI設(shè)計的重要性。現(xiàn)在主流的論壇建站程序有兩種Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收購Discuz被騰訊收購這兩個論壇程序都是開源免費的)，下面是UI設(shè)計師個人評價：。
利用這兩種程序我都分別建立過論壇，我第一次用的是Phpwind后來我轉(zhuǎn)用了Discuz(當時我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放棄使用Phpwind論壇程序的主要原因是Phpwind論壇界面不太好看(現(xiàn)在phpwind設(shè)計團隊好像在這方面做了改進)，第二個是很多功能都很難摸清楚，插件安裝很繁瑣。其實Phpwind的功能比Discuz略強大一點。但是我們現(xiàn)在上網(wǎng)大多都會發(fā)現(xiàn)論壇網(wǎng)站都是基于Discuz建立的。Discuz為什么比Phpwind有市場關(guān)鍵取決于界面設(shè)計和用戶體驗設(shè)計。
同樣蘋果的iPhone手機賣的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也沒有研發(fā)什么強大的手機功能(蘋果有的手軟件件功能智能機基本都能安裝)但是蘋果就是賣的好!大家都知道是因為iPhone的工業(yè)設(shè)計界面設(shè)計和用戶體驗設(shè)計做得好!
結(jié)合各種實例，我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)人們的文化素養(yǎng)提高了，應用軟件已經(jīng)不能僅僅停留在滿足功能需要。
還需要有審美和文化內(nèi)涵的需求。現(xiàn)在中國勞動力的主力軍是70后80后(未來十年是8090后)而這些人大多接受過良好的教育沒有吃過苦，這些人懂得審美有自己的個性，比較挑剔。這就需要我們的軟件在界面設(shè)計和用戶體驗設(shè)計方面下工夫。這樣才會迎合用戶的各種需求。使用戶滿意，獲得好的口碑。開拓更廣的市場。

真的是萬事開頭難啊，遇到了很多問題，比如：插入的圖片不符合規(guī)格，一下子把其他內(nèi)容的框架擠開;插入的層太多，大一點的就把小一點的給覆蓋掉了;插入的FLASH不能產(chǎn)生效果。總之問題一籮筐。實踐出真知，原來自己還有那么多欠缺的知識。于是回歸本源，先把課本上的東西弄通再談其他。然后又到圖書管里借了幾本網(wǎng)頁制作方面的書籍來參考。
在對基本知識有了詳細的了解之后，做起東西來就得心應手多了，知道引導頁能過加映像之后，我決定為我的網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計一個引導頁。
然后是主頁和二級頁面的設(shè)置。要注意,網(wǎng)上只能使用JPG和GIF兩種圖象格式，其他諸如BMP和TIF等很通用的格式都不能用在網(wǎng)上,因為它們太大了,但可以用圖象軟件進行轉(zhuǎn)換，比如Office 97的照片編輯器。把準備在主頁上出現(xiàn)的圖象放進相應的目錄里后.
在一步一步的邊學邊做的過程中，看著心中的東西一點一點的出來，真的很有成就感。雖然自己的網(wǎng)頁技術(shù)還差的遠，但是回顧一下這周真的學到了很多的東西。
之前把作過的東西放到U盤里，發(fā)生過圖片顯示不出來的狀況，還好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和WEB頁面放到一起這樣就算路徑改變的話也不會影響頁面的效果。
一.網(wǎng)站的整體規(guī)劃
1.討論網(wǎng)站主題：因為自己對普羅旺斯很感興趣，于是就想到要是一下為心中的仙境設(shè)計一個旅游網(wǎng)站。
2.定位網(wǎng)站CI形象：旅游網(wǎng)站最重要的就是是瀏覽者產(chǎn)生想去親身體驗一下的共鳴。于是在網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計上面，根據(jù)普羅旺斯夢幻般的意境，我采用的是清新雋永的CI形象。使瀏覽者有賓至如歸的感受。
3.確定欄目和板塊：
1]首先要考慮整個網(wǎng)頁的長和寬，以及長度和寬度之間的比例。
2]其次就應該考慮導航條的設(shè)置了。
3]正文的框架設(shè)置 (橫向因素和縱向因素交錯)
在瀏覽了很多精美的旅游網(wǎng)站之后，再結(jié)合自己的想法，我先在草紙上畫出了大體的欄目和板塊。
4.網(wǎng)站的整體風格和創(chuàng)意：建立一個浪漫的旅行網(wǎng)站，走映像派路線，目的務必使瀏覽者留下映像。
二.網(wǎng)頁制作的前期策劃與準備
1.資料的搜集：由于個人的愛好，我很早以前就收集了許多普羅旺斯的美圖，這次就方便多了。接著就搜集了一些有夢幻效果的網(wǎng)頁背景，F(xiàn)IASH源代碼、小圖標和一些GIF的動畫等。
2.熟悉制作工具軟件：
硬件：
一臺電腦(64MB以上內(nèi)存，當然越大越好啦);可以撥號上網(wǎng);如果你有條件的話,建議:配置掃描儀,這將大大方便圖像和文字的輸入;
軟件：
HTML編輯軟件：常用的有Frontpage、Hotdog等，本文重點介紹 Dreamweaver;
圖像處理軟件：常用的有Photoshop、flash、Fireworks 等;
文件上傳軟件：常用的有Cuteftp、WSftp等。

到了**公司以后，先是擔任平臺設(shè)計師的工作至*月下旬，然后又調(diào)到網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部做網(wǎng)站設(shè)計師一直至今。在工作中，我學到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點懂，再到完全熟悉網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計師的崗位職責。這中間的過程，只有我自己最清楚。
很多時候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂趣，才不會覺得枯燥;很多時候當我們做網(wǎng)站剛有靈感的時候，會突然有其它的工作布置下來，我們只有自己調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，統(tǒng)籌安排好自己的工作，才不會手忙腳亂。
那天爸爸給我打電話的時候，我正在加班，爸爸說，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實的感覺，雖然有的時候回到家的時候真的很累，也會偶爾覺得自己活得有點辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來的時候，反而覺得很不適應了。爸爸說，恭喜你，長大了，那至少說明你不是一個好逸惡勞的人。
我喜歡爸爸的評價，我是個極其熱愛設(shè)計的人，有興趣，有靈感，我知道我或許不是最好的，但是我一定是最有激情的。我真的很喜歡設(shè)計，我也不知道為什么，所以，我想證明自己，證明自己的能力和一顆真誠而執(zhí)著的心。明天會怎么樣，誰也不知道。至少今天我要對得起自己。
非常感謝公司給我這個成長的平臺，令我在工作中能不斷的學習，不斷的進步，不斷提升自身的素質(zhì)與才能。
二、與同事相處
到了**公司以后，要感謝的人真的很多…
在平臺上工作的時候，感謝總監(jiān)一直教導我，要不斷提高自己的設(shè)計能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國平和邱小東，在我剛進公司對代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺上磨練的那段時光，正是那段時間激發(fā)了我的斗志和工作熱情!
到了網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動著。我們是一支年輕的隊伍，部門經(jīng)理也是一個80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺嗎?為了一個同目標，我們會齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來。我確定：這就是我的事業(yè)，為**公司，為自己，努力著!前進著!

三、與客戶溝通
雖然從大學畢業(yè)的時間還不到兩年，但是，可能因為我是一個不太能閑得住的人吧，從大二開始我就在學習之余將自己的另一只腳正式踏入了設(shè)計行業(yè)。
在來**公司之前，我也接觸過很多各種各樣的客戶，有蠻不講理的，也有和藹可親的，不過那些都是和客戶當面溝通交流的，和客戶在意見上發(fā)生分歧時，大部分我可以很輕易的用我的設(shè)計專業(yè)方面的知識說服客戶，甚至可以現(xiàn)場做出效果來改變他們的主意。
可是，來了**公司之后，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)電話溝通真的是一門很深奧的學問。在電話這頭的我，看不見電話那頭客戶的表情，動作，只能從電話中客戶的語氣來分析猜測客戶此時的想法和心情。也漸漸開始明白：有些時候，不論客戶再怎么糾纏，我都必須堅持某些工作上的原則，因為一旦為一個客戶開了先河，我就必須考慮到接下來該如何面對更多的客戶，我必須為自己的一言一行負責到底;而有些時候，又必須對一些客戶妥協(xié)，即使他們再怎么讓我深惡痛絕，我還是必須認真的完成對他們的服務，因為不能因為一些小事，丟失掉一些重要的客戶。
感謝**公司!讓我從客觀上對自己在以前所學的知識有了更加感性的認識，使自己更加充分地理解了理論與實際的關(guān)系。
四、工作態(tài)度

五、建議和意見
1、首先，我覺得公司的天目湖拓展真的很好，加強同事之間的感情，加強了團結(jié)協(xié)作的能力。有很多同事，以前我都叫不出名字的，卻在這次拓展中，讓我發(fā)現(xiàn)了他們身上的很多平時發(fā)現(xiàn)不了的閃光點。讓我更加熱愛這個集體，熱愛每一個可愛的**公司人!
2、我覺得公司可以考慮給我們多點專業(yè)性的培訓，就拿我們網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部來說，可以找一些在設(shè)計方面比較厲害的人給我們培訓培訓，或者多參加一些類似于上海國際旅游交易會那樣的活動，可以開拓我們的視野，提升我們的設(shè)計水平，以及對旅游的認識。
3、還有一點，我感覺我們每天早晨的晨會分享，以及我們部門每周五中午的專業(yè)培訓挺好的，每次都能學到東西，有時候就是一些小小的技巧，卻可以在工作中很大程度的提高工作效率。
新的一年里我為自己制定了新的目標，那就是要加緊學習，更好的充實自己，以飽滿的精神狀態(tài)來迎接新一年工作的挑戰(zhàn)。我心里在暗暗的為自己鼓勁。要在工作中站穩(wěn)腳步，踏踏實實，多向其他同事學習，取長補短，相互交流好的工作經(jīng)驗，共同進步，爭取更好的工作成績，為公司做出更大的貢獻。

記得初次應聘時，我對公司的認識僅僅局限于重慶幾家頂級的廣告公司之一，對設(shè)計師一職的認識也僅局限于從事相對單純的廣告創(chuàng)意和美術(shù)執(zhí)行工作。除此之外，便一無所知了。所以，試用期中如何去認識、了解并熟悉自己所從事的行業(yè)，便成了我的當務之急。
一、理論學習和日常工作積累
通過理論學習和日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識。記得初到公司時，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業(yè)賀卡的修改，然而說來慚愧是，因為對于對方企業(yè)整體形象包裝的不熟悉，導致這張小小的賀卡修改任務就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續(xù)到深夜12：00以后，反復的修改和漫長的等待客戶的回復對我來說，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰(zhàn)。不懂就學，是一切進步取得的前提和基礎(chǔ)。
在這段時間里我認真學習和認識了公司各相關(guān)資料，并且對公司以前的、現(xiàn)在的客戶的相關(guān)資料有了比較初步的了解，再加上日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識，也意識到了公司在重慶廣告業(yè)舉足輕重的地位，她的發(fā)展對于推動整個重慶廣告業(yè)的發(fā)展有著巨大作用。同時，公司擁有比較先進的管理體制和企業(yè)化標準運作的行政機構(gòu)。這一切都讓我對公司的發(fā)展充滿了信心和憧憬。
二、認真學習崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高
根據(jù)崗位職責的要求，我的主要工作任務是：
(1)負責完成組長分配下來的設(shè)計工作指令。
(2)參與相關(guān)廣告創(chuàng)意的討論。
(3)領(lǐng)導交辦的其他工作。
通過完成上述工作，使我認識到一個稱職的設(shè)計師應當在具有相當?shù)拿佬g(shù)功底、熟悉的設(shè)計軟件操作能力的同時，還一定要具備良好的設(shè)計心態(tài)，并且要敢于多提出自己的想法和方案，敢于創(chuàng)新!當然，良好的語言表達能力是向領(lǐng)導和同事提出自己創(chuàng)意想法的必不可少的。
