　　在成熟和迷惘的交織中，悄然流逝了。在我眼里，設計室也是一個沒有硝煙的戰場，它能磨煉人的意志，淡泊人的心靈，業務素質能得到快速提高，人的心理也能快速成熟起來，這無不凝結著每位領導的英名決策和正確指導。

　　年終歲末的時候，人總是特別感嘆生命的蹉跎，回首與展望會是兩個亙古不變的主題。下面我將從業務素質，外界溝通與內部合作兩個大的方面來分析自己一年來的得失。

　　作為一名建筑專業設計人員，業務能力的提高是重中之重。

　　20xx年的半年，通過大量的施工圖繪制，我對建筑設計的流程，方法等有了較深的認識，對建筑規范也有了一定的了解。今年年初，我給自己制定的目標是大致具備能獨立操作一個一般項目的能力，包括它的總平規劃，方案設計，效果圖表現，以及后期施工圖的設計。 能力來源于實踐，實踐檢驗能力;一年來，我按照自己既定的目標一步一步地腳踏實地走過來，有些可能達到了，而有些可能離目標還有一定地差距，具體表現在以下幾個方面。

　　一. 總平規劃能力：

　　X年上半年，通過對郫縣某住宅小區的總平規劃，南充某集資房的總平設計，正興某商業中心的總平調整以及市中心某商住區的總平規劃，我對規劃方面的知識有了較為深刻的理解，具備了一定的動手能力。為方便與甲方的溝通，我力爭更多地了解房地產開發的動態和走向，用心揣測開發商的商業目的，努力尋求設計師與開發商完美的結合點。作為設計師，主要通過國家現行規范和當地政府部門規定的容積率，建筑密度，綠化率，建筑高度和間距來宏觀控制;其次，基本柱網的確定，消防通道與小區路網的貫通，建筑風格的選定也是一名成熟的設計師必須熟練解決的幾個問題。我在工作中特別注意上述問題，并妥善處理，

　　遇到難題時就虛心向領導和資深專家請教，取得了較好的效果，積累了不少寶貴的經驗。

　　二. 效果圖的表現：

　　效果圖作為一種表現手段，是建筑設計作品最直觀的表達方式，它決定著建筑的整體風格，也是決定開發商取舍整套方案的一個很重要的原因，所以我認為效果圖的表現是建筑設計前期相當重要的組成部分，也使我必須掌握的一項基本技能。一年來，通過對警備區招待所，某大廈附屬天橋，忘憂谷賓館和某雙拼別墅的效果圖制作，我能熟練的掌握3dmax，photoshop等設計軟件，加以自己對建筑形體的理解，能作出一般的單體效果圖，對于大型的商業建筑和小區的鳥瞰圖制作還很欠缺，還需要不斷的學習和實踐。

　　三. 方案能力：

　　方案能力是一名建筑設計師應必備的重要能力。好的平面方案直接與建筑的適用， 經濟，美觀三大基本要素掛鉤。一年來，我參與了公司大部分項目平面方案的設計，在桂湖花園，怡然居，竹韻苑等平面方案的設計中，我跟隨設計組的領導一起查閱資料，實地考察，埋頭苦干，虛心請教，圓滿完成了既定任務。與此期間，受領導重托，我還獨立完成了警備區招待所，某雙拼別墅和百貨大樓，竹韻苑1，2#樓的平立面方案設計。 在平面柱網的布置中，我先按自己的想法大致布置結構柱網，再請結構組同事幫忙檢查是否合理，無形之中，我增強了結構概念，豐富了專業知識。在獨立設計的過程中，我發現了自己的很多不足之處，特別是對立面方案的把握還缺乏基礎理論性的認識，這都是在以后的工作中必須首要加強的。

　　四. 施工圖設計

　　施工圖是方案設計的后續，它將建筑設計從宏觀引入到微觀，從控制到限定。使建筑設計作品更貼近生活和方便施工。這就要求設計師必須增強對生活的體驗和對建筑規范的透徹理解。通過一年多的大量施工圖的設計，從一般住宅到商業

　　建筑，從民用建筑到工業建筑， 從多層到高層，從剛開始的的描圖組圖，到后來的跟圖學圖，接下來的獨立操作，到竹韻苑的游刃有余，我親眼目睹了自己從無到有，從迷惘到清晰的成長過程，我基本具備了獨立操作的能力，可以解決施工中常見的一些問題。一年來，我幾乎熟讀了公司所有的建筑規范和相關資料，并做了較為詳細的學習筆記，雖然很多知識一時間都用不上，但我了解了，到用的時候就不會有“書到用時方恨少”的感嘆 。建筑施工圖設計的難點在屋面排水和節點大樣，在這些方面，設計院的老師傅給了我們許多幫助，屋面排水在于組織引導，屋面做法要優先考慮屋面的排水問題;節點大樣不僅要做到輕巧美觀，更要方便施工。古語有云：學無止境，在施工圖設計方面我還存在許多誤區，還有許多自己需要學習和加強的地方。諸如對地下車庫，人防工程的設計;對«高層建筑防火規范»的深刻理解，對樓梯梯段凈高的認識，廚房衛生間的布置必須滿足人性化的需要等等。

　　除業務素質的鍛煉外，與甲方的溝通，與同事間的配合，與施工方的交流也是工作中必不可少的一部分。

　　設計是一項貫穿工程始末的工作。設計前期，我們致力于與甲方的溝通，通過我們的職業嗅覺了解開發商的商業意圖，不卑不亢，有禮有節是我們堅持的一貫立場。設計中期，我們需要與同專業的合作，與相關專業的配合完成，建筑專業作為其他專業的先導，必須對整個設計流程負全面的責任。在我看來，合作中的摩擦總是難以避免的，但必須具備良好的心態;無論工種的相同與否，職位高低，都必須抱學習的態度，虛心的精神，舒緩的語氣，以理服人的姿態;任何的自以為是，適才自傲都會導致內部矛盾，影響整個團隊的戰斗力，繼而拖緩工程進度。設計后期，我們要與施工方進行不斷的交流，無論交流的結果如何，都對我們今后的設計是有百益而無一害;是我們的問題，就要敢于承認并迅速加以更正，不是我們的過錯，也要做細致的解釋工作。

　　為了提高自己的綜合素質，我閱讀了許多名人傳記，從偉人的經歷中獲取養分，更進一步地充實自己。我閱讀了大量的文學作品，提高了自己鑒賞水平。我又學習了為人處世倫理哲學，以提高自己的道德修養。所有這些，使我越來越深刻地感覺到人生追求的意義。

　　不知道是自己要求太高，還是自己的進步太小，我總覺得離目標還是那么遠。而且工作時間越長，學的東西越多，就越感到自己的不足。總之，成績屬于過去，過錯已化為經驗。在以后的工作和生活中，伴隨著公司的不斷拓展和業務量增長，我們依舊會面臨巨大的挑戰和壓力。就我個人而言，有幾點尤其需要重視。

　　一是加強自身業務能力的培養，增加自已對設計各個環節的熟練程度，多吃苦，多思考，努力提高工作效率;

　　二是與同專業同事間增強憂患意識，競爭意識，營造你追我趕的氛圍，不學習不上進就要被社會淘汰;

　　三是加強與公司內部各設計人員間的團結合作，保持平和的心態，多溝通，多配合，充分挖掘集體的潛力。

　　最后，我還想說一個詞：責任。

　　無數次，我拿這個詞來衡量自己，來要求自己。不論說過的話、做過的事，都要負起責任。肩上扛著工作上的責任，社會的責任，家庭的責任，不可逃避的。

　　X年才剛剛來臨，我相信，有了公司領導層的英名決策和正確指導，加上公司全體員工的共同努力，同舟共濟，繼往開來，公司的發展一定會蒸蒸日上。我沒有理由不憧憬以后的錦繡前程。
