　　師德是一個教師的靈魂，是搞好教育教學的前提，更是每一位教師的立身之本。我校本次師德師風自查自糾活動的主要目標是經過思想紀律作風整頓，使全校教職員工愛崗敬業的意識增強，組織紀律更加嚴明，教育教學質量得到進一步提高，使學校各項工作更上一個新臺階。作為一名普通的小學英語教師，在本次師德師風自查自糾活動中，經過認真反思自已思想和工作方面存在的突出的問題，主要從以下幾方面來自我評價，對照檢查。

　　一、存在問題

　　1、缺乏依法執教意識。作為一名英語教師，在教育學生的過程中，對于個別經常違反校規校紀，屢教不改的學生，總是心躁氣急，大聲訓斥，最終使師生關系構成僵化對立局面。經過認真反思，我深刻地認識到這是一種嚴重傷害學生自尊的表現。這樣不僅僅損害了人民教師作為人類靈魂工程師的光輝形象，并且嚴重違犯了依法執教的職業要求。

　　2、關心學生不夠到位。由于性格原因，對學生缺乏細心和耐心，對學生要求過于嚴格。在教育學生的過程中，往往采取宏觀管理，對于保護學生安全，關心學生健康，維護學生權益，常常不注重細節，因而讓部分學生感受不到教師的溫情和關愛。

　　3、終身學習理念不強。對于終身學習理解不夠深刻，在平時的教學中，滿足于自我的現狀，缺乏強烈的求知欲望。總覺得自已的專業知識和教學技能足以勝任當前英語教學工作。因而不善于鉆研業務，學習先進的教學方法，累積新鮮的英語知識，虛心向同行取經、交流，做事保守，甚至不懂的問題不敢低頭想別人請教，業務水平提高緩慢。

　　4、開拓創新精神欠佳。在英語教學中，備課不下功夫，簡單地把備教案等同于抄教案，教案只用于應付學校檢查，上課時照本宣科，只向學生傳授陳舊僵化的死知識，甚至忽視了學生創新意識的滲透，創新本事的培養，嚴重違背了素質教育的要求。

　　二、原因分析

　　1、缺乏對教育法律法規的深入學習，尤其對《教師法》、《義務教育法》、《未成年人保護法》、《中小學教師職業道德規范》等法律法規的深入學習和深刻理解，因而陷入固步自封，甚至違背依法執教的地步。

　　2、對崇高的教育事業和高尚的教師職業認識不深，缺乏熱情。

　　3、一方應對終身學習認識不透徹，總覺得當前體制下，即便是活到老，學到老，知識再多，本事再強，“老爸不是李剛，你家不是銀行，也是白搭”。另一方面是教師工作繁重，時間緊張，精力不足，況且對繼續深造經濟負擔難以承受，那也無可奈何。

　　4、總覺得：在英語教學中，投入精力，發揚開拓創新精神去搞教學，不但費時費力，并且教學效果不必須明顯。

　　三、改善措施

　　經過近段時間的師德師風自查自糾活動，我深刻地認識到自我思想的落后和淺薄，視野的狹窄與庸俗，知識的陳舊與膚淺。所以，我決定，在今后的教育教學工作中，必須要努力加強思想道德建設，深入學習領悟教育法律法規和各種重要文件的精神實質，認真貫徹依法執教。在管理學生中，堅決做到為人師表，把學生當自我的孩子看待，從學習、生活、心理等方面關心每一位學生。深入鉆研終身學習的教育理念，把終身學習當終身大事來對待，努力提高自我的專業技能和教學藝術。深入理解“創新是一個民族提高的靈魂，是國家興旺發達的不竭動力”的深刻內涵，開拓自我的思想，提高創新本事，培養和挖掘學生在學習上的創新潛能，把學生造就成國家需要的創新性人才。
