　　I am University School of Mechanical Engineering, heat and power engineering a fresh graduates, solid professional knowledge is the fundamental success. I am well aware of this, make full use of the University for four years, serious study, and achieved good results. Through the four years of university study, not only made me master the mechanical industry theory, but also I have a strong hands-on ability and design capabilities and teamwork spirit. 　　本學期以來，本人認真研究學生，關注學生，研究課標，梳理知識結構，有計劃地落實復習計劃，順利地完成了教育教學任務。現將本學期教學工作評價如下：

　　一、進行了英語學情分析。

　　本學期本人繼續擔任高三年級普通班高三(3)班的英語課，本班學生自高一以來學生基礎就很差，在基礎知識上，本人進行‘亡羊補牢’但為時已晚矣，在一、二年級時期末考試有個把及格的，也都選入A班，所以一向以來，本人所帶的班中期末考試很難見到有學生上90分，大多學生的考分都是在20分以上至60分以下，少部分學生在85分段以下至60分。幾乎所有學生都感到英語異常難學，主要原因是他們幾乎記不了最簡單的單詞，語法也沒基礎，所以對英語學習異常頭疼。教師講課聽不懂，所以厭學情緒嚴重，學習態度上也不正，上課睡覺、搞小動作、玩手機游戲等現象不時出現，英語成績難以提高。所以開學之初本人既對本班學情進行了認真細致的分析。在本學期日常教學中認真落實因材施教和因人施教的的措施。本學期各方面情景得以改觀。

　　二、把教學計劃落到實處。

　　本年度教學工作重心即在進行基礎知識的復習上鞏固和加深對基礎知識的理解和掌握，提升期解決問題的本事，所以教學工作安排上把重心放在了對課本知識的復習上。三輪復習中，首輪復習資料是初三英語課本，高一年級課本22個單元，高二年級課本20個單元。對這些資料的復習主要是：高考常用單詞、短語，主要句型，基礎語法等。平時復習中把高中英語復習語法項目中的13個專題適當融合進去。經過練習和講解，增強學生對語法的理解和對英語用法的復習鞏固。

　　三、很多練習促進學生對基礎知識的鞏固和本事的提高。

　　課本復習是學生本事提高的關鍵。從開學之初即對課本知識點認真歸納和評價，經過練習的形式進行學習反饋。金版新學案《高三總復習》的運用是今年教學工作的一大幸事。人教修訂版高考復習版金版新學案《高三總復習》成了學生的良師，也成了我英語教學中的益友。無論是單元復習還是高中英語知識點專題訓練都是題目中的精品。我立足于新學案《高三總復習》，認真把握好教學工作中的練習環節。

　　四、聽力訓練是作好提高成績保障。

　　首先，我把從網上整理的高中課本和單詞mp3拷貝到學生的mp3或mp4里面，引導他們把娛樂工具當作學習的有力幫手。其次是用好學校統一訂來的整套《維克多英語整套聽力訓練》本人要求學生充分利用在課上或課下時間進行聽力訓練。再加上本人利用教室里的多媒體播放一些趣味的用簡單英語對話的外國英文版動畫故事給學生看，大大提高學生的學習興趣，英語聽力也有必須的提高。

　　五、擴大閱讀，培養英語本事。

　　課外閱讀必不可少，這學期高三金版新學案《高三總復習》為班級三分之二的學生擴大了眼界。金版新學案《高三總復習》里面的訓練閱讀理解題兼顧新聞、娛樂、科技、學校、地道美文等多方面資料。個別成績比較好的學生把這些精彩的文章當作范文來朗讀背誦。這不僅僅提高了學生的學習興趣，也豐富和開拓了學生的視野。

　　六、注重學生英語作文的訓練，推薦學生優秀作品。

　　本學期對學生的英語作文盡量進行面批，每次月考后，不但給出參考范文，同時也選出學生中的優秀作文進行賞識和點評(教師評或學生互評)，這種做法在必須程度上鼓舞了學生的英語學習的進取性。

　　七、加強學習，努力提升自身的素質

　　進取聽課、評課，虛心向同行學習。與教研組的教師討論教育教學方法，博采眾長，提高教學水平。瀏覽相關網站，搜集相關資料，不斷擴寬知識面，為教學資料注入新鮮血液。

　　以上只是對自我過去一個學期的教育教學工作的回顧，既有成功的經驗也有值得思考的教訓。

　　新的一年即將開始，我會更加努力地完善自我，進取地和高三備課組的同事們高效地完成教學任務。為20__屆高考的學生創造更新的至高點而努力!
