自從xx年進(jìn)入郵政分行以來已經(jīng)接近三年,這三年的工作與學(xué)習(xí)中有遇到工作困難不知所措的困境,也有在同事的幫助下圓滿解決時(shí)的興奮,既有理不清工作思路的迷茫,也有在摸索的路上拾起的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。
記得剛來到分行的時(shí)候,一無所知這個(gè)詞用來形容當(dāng)時(shí)的我一點(diǎn)也不過分,對工作的一無所知,對為人處事的小心謹(jǐn)慎,現(xiàn)在想想當(dāng)時(shí)的自己都覺得可笑,轉(zhuǎn)變的過程是個(gè)艱難的過程,同時(shí)也是個(gè)痛苦的過程,因?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)變就意味著新的事務(wù)要不斷的吞噬它原有的結(jié)構(gòu),物質(zhì)表面的轉(zhuǎn)變只是一個(gè)蛻變,那精神層次的.升華才是思想的一次自我戰(zhàn)勝。
我具體的工作是儲(chǔ)匯柜員,這個(gè)看似簡單又體面的崗位,原來只是玻璃墻外人對我們的定位。而我的轉(zhuǎn)換不僅是從以前的玻璃墻外到內(nèi)部的更替,更多的是我感到了表面的東西不一定是真實(shí)的東西,最能欺騙人的就是我們自己的眼睛。工作時(shí)的精神高度集中,容不得半點(diǎn)松懈,對客戶要耐心的解釋,對工作要充滿激情。說實(shí)話,這在沒參加工作以前的我是根本做不到的,現(xiàn)在我知道我可以做到了,并且可以自豪的說我不比別人做的差,這也許就是工作帶給我自身最大的變化,雖然這個(gè)變化是潛移默化的,但我切切實(shí)實(shí)的感到了這個(gè)變化。
既然是工作心得,我想就沒必要寫太多冠冕堂皇的話,只有那些中肯的建議和批評對我們的工作來說才最實(shí)在,郵儲(chǔ)的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了很久的轉(zhuǎn)變和提高,但是存在的問題亦不容小視。自身的人員素質(zhì)不高,業(yè)務(wù)的單一和少的可憐的附加值,管理的不健全,激勵(lì)措施的效用性不高等等。這一切是我們無法不面對的問題,雖說我們也在努力的改變這一現(xiàn)狀,但改變不是一朝一夕。我們正在這個(gè)關(guān)鍵的轉(zhuǎn)型期。
我們可以借著郵政銀行的成立這個(gè)絕好的契機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)企業(yè)的蛻變和提高。雖然這個(gè)過程中會(huì)有很多的阻力和壓力,但是我們明白了壓力是最好的動(dòng)力之后,也許很多的問題就會(huì)迎刃而解。

現(xiàn)在是XX年2月3日星期三,不知不覺已經(jīng)來到什邡郵政局半年的時(shí)間,無論我從辦公室再到基層的鍛煉,加上省公司的拓展訓(xùn)練,自己都有許多心得體驗(yàn)急于對自我深刻的總結(jié)與認(rèn)識以及自剩那么我先從郵政業(yè)務(wù)上面談起。 半年的時(shí)間讓我基本上了解了整個(gè)郵政業(yè)務(wù)知識,四川郵政的企業(yè)文化,知窮不言窮、窮則思變;知苦不怕苦、艱苦奮斗;知難不畏難、迎難而上。這“三不”創(chuàng)業(yè)精神時(shí)時(shí)激勵(lì)著我在這段時(shí)間的工作和生活。
首先,我先感謝所有照顧我、關(guān)心我、教導(dǎo)我的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)前輩同事們。初到市場部,在馮主任和王姐的帶領(lǐng)下會(huì)見過客戶,當(dāng)時(shí)可能對郵政業(yè)務(wù)的了解太少對會(huì)見客戶不是很在意,后來,在兩位前輩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,我已經(jīng)確認(rèn)在函件部工作,我接手了關(guān)于什邡公安交通賬單的函件 務(wù),這是我來到郵政的第一個(gè)具體工作。
這個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)讓我知道,我們要主動(dòng)營銷!在談成業(yè)務(wù)后也要積極主動(dòng)爭取對方的意見,我們可以加之改進(jìn)完善自己的業(yè)務(wù)滿足客戶的需求。主動(dòng)每天打電話與交通局聯(lián)系問有沒有賬單,主動(dòng)去客戶那里查詢不完善的信函資料,讓客戶更滿意我們的服務(wù),讓他們知道我們郵政局的賬單業(yè)務(wù)其實(shí)很方便!在函件部工作的一個(gè)月,我在楊繼蓉經(jīng)理的帶領(lǐng)下,在一個(gè)人生地不熟的環(huán)境中,感受到了溫情,楊姐對我很照顧,部門的前輩都對我很照顧,這種關(guān)心和照顧很讓我感動(dòng)。之后我在市局的函件公司學(xué)習(xí)了兩天的如何使用數(shù)據(jù)庫信息,是冷冰主任親臨教導(dǎo)我,初略知道了數(shù)據(jù)庫的四級劃分,我略知皮毛。
還記得我正在學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候,就接到局上的通知把我安排到基層鍛煉的通知,也就是現(xiàn)在的隱峰支局!現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)5個(gè)月的時(shí)間,5個(gè)月里面我犯過很多錯(cuò),讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們也失望過,我自己也常常悔恨,鬧的自己的心態(tài)情緒很不好,但是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們還是對我很照顧,記得熊局長對我說過一句話:錯(cuò)也要錯(cuò)得開心!我知道人不能犯同樣兩次錯(cuò),錯(cuò)了能改,首先心態(tài)自己要放好,這事兒才能由錯(cuò)變?yōu)閷ΑT谥Ь值腻憻捵屛伊私饬烁嗷鶎拥目嗪屠郏鶎拥幕緲I(yè)務(wù),網(wǎng)點(diǎn)對于郵政來說是經(jīng)濟(jì)的直接的收入平臺(tái),就相當(dāng)于細(xì)胞對于人體來說,不可缺少,不可不重視,不可不改進(jìn)!
基層業(yè)務(wù)知識就是簡單的傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)收寄包裹函件,還是儲(chǔ)蓄的代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)、賀卡任務(wù)、酒水任務(wù)、月餅任務(wù)等,我可以說是一座大山壓著我,尚不熟悉人情地理的我,業(yè)務(wù)知識的我,我覺得壓力大,但是值得慶幸的是,我在月餅業(yè)務(wù)上完成4000元的任務(wù)量,賀卡上也正在努力之中。可是基層工作人員除了自己的本職工作外還有這么多的任務(wù)累壓上來,我覺得是否該考慮考慮如何讓基層員工更為滿意更輕松的接納自己的工作和任務(wù),更喜歡郵政這個(gè)崗位。在薪酬體制和組織體制上是否可以調(diào)節(jié)下呢?當(dāng)然這是我這段時(shí)間所能體會(huì)到的,就心而論。
