　　來到開始大學生活已經近一個學期了。本學期，很榮幸能夠擔任班級學習委員這一職位，這對于我來說，是一種鍛煉更是一個機會。

　　我很樂意能夠通過自己的工作，為同學們服務，提高大家的學習。也希望能夠通過自己的努力，得到同學們的認可。

　　學習委員是班委成員之一，主要負責班級學習方面的工作。李老師說過，班委中，班長就相當與部隊中的司令，團支書相當于政委。

　　戰士的職責是打仗，學生的職責就是學習。因此學習委員，就相當于部隊中的參謀，參謀長負責部隊戰略部署，學習委員負責班級的學習部署。

　　作為學習委員，首先我應該清楚自己的職責。因此，關于工作總結，我想從學習委員的職責方面，總結并向輔導員匯報本學期的工作情況，工作內容，以及存在的問題與不足，總結經驗，在下學期能夠更好的完成工作目標。

　　現將本學期的工作總結匯報于李老師。

　　1.很多情況下，同學們與老師很難直接溝通，老師無法顧及到每一位同學。學習委員就是同學與老師之間溝通的橋梁，因此我應該及時、定期的向老師反應同學們在學習方面遇到的問題，向同學們通知老師的教學安排以及要求。

　　本學期是同學們大一的第一學期，在學習方面也需要時間去適應。為了方便與老師還有同學們之間的溝通，我及時的加了同學們還有老師的飛信，方便及時準確傳達老師布置的作業以及學校的教學安排。

　　在給同學們傳達老師的信息方面，我做的比較不錯，每次都能夠及時的將信息傳達給同學們。

　　老師布置的作業，我每次都用記事本記下來，然后通知提醒大家，作業內容以及交作業的時間。

　　期中考試時間、地點、測試內容，以及需要帶什么東西，考試注意事項這些細節信息也能夠即使傳達給同學們。極大的方便了老師，與同學們之間的溝通。

　　然而，在給老師反饋同學們學習情況的方面，還存在不足，這是我的工作漏洞。通過工作總結，也讓我及時發現了自己平時工作時存在的不足。

　　在平時的學習生活中，我沒有能夠深入了解同學們的學習情況以及在學習中存在的問題。因此，也就沒有能夠發現這些問題并解決問題。

　　通過認真的反思與總結經驗，我找到了解決這方面工作漏洞的辦法。

　　在今后的工作中，我會及時的去與同學們溝通，交流，發現問題，及時解決問題，提高班級的學習成績。

　　具體辦法就是，在今后的班會上，我會充分利用這個與同學們溝通的機會，而不是只是向同學們，總結近段時間學習方面的情況。

　　班會是一個非常好的溝通平臺，我需要好好利用這個平臺，與同學們溝通，交流。然后，及時向各科老師反應情況，尋求最好的解決問題的辦法。

　　長風破浪會有時，直掛云帆濟滄海。斗轉星移，時間飛逝，不覺中一個學年已經結束。作為A0851班的生活委員，我在領導和老師的關懷和指導下，以及A0851班班委與全體同學全力配合與協助下，依照九江學院商學院的工作宗旨及發展方向，努力配合學院及系里的

　　各項工作。并且經過我部成員的共同努力，創新工作模式，改進工作方法，整體上完成了學期初定的工作計劃，并取得了不錯的成績。現把本學年的工作，感觸收獲頗多：

　　從表面看，生活委員就是干后勤的，如打掃衛生，管理班級財務等等，但實際卻并非如此。作為一個班級的生活委員，我深知自己的基本工作主要有以下幾點：

　　1.保持班級壞境衛生。

　　2.管理班費

　　3.傳遞班級同學的郵件

　　4.保證每周到寢室檢查衛生情況

　　5.積極參與系里宿管部組織的大例查。

　　6.團結和協助其他班委做好班級其他工作

　　在很多人眼中，這些事情是微乎其微的，但是如果要秉承“同學眼里無小事”的原則去把它們做好，也是要花一番心思的。比如說班級衛生和管理班費這兩項工作來說吧，大一的時候，每天晚自習之前我要去檢查一下值日生是否打掃過地面，是否清理了講臺和黑板，以保證教室有一個舒適，整潔的衛生環境，讓同學們能夠全心投入學習。管理班費也是較為棘手的事情，因為這直接關系到同學們的切身利益問題，俗話說得好“談錢傷感情”，特別是在處理班費分配問題的時候，一定要特別慎重和嚴謹。曾經班上還在是否考慮買籃球事情上產生過巨大的爭議，直到后來通過民主公開，投票抉擇的方式才協調解決好。

　　同時班上的日常的開銷我必須仔細登記核對，以確保無差錯，并且定期將其明細表向同學們公布。

　　然而，我的工作還是存在許多缺陷與不足的。就拿傳遞班級同學的郵件這項任務來說吧，學校郵政儲蓄要求班級生活委員必須每天到各班級郵箱看是否有本班同學們的郵件，其實這是一件很需要耐心與毅力的事情，一開始堅持每天去，但后來考慮到班級成員較少，而且郵件又少，基本上每天去都是兩手空空而回，所以使我產生了幾天去一次的念頭并就此行動了，其實在其他方面自己也存在著許多的不足，工作不到位的地方，這些實在是自己失職的表現，也是我在以后工作過程中必須加以該進的，正所謂“知錯就改，善莫大焉”，所以希望同學們予以信任和支持。

　　其實，通過做一個學年的生活委員的工作，也讓自己鍛煉了許多能力，是自己思想更加成熟起來，并對做好以后的工作積累了經驗，并充滿信心。比如說，每周系里宿管部組織的大例查，我們生活委員是必須參加的，通過這種活動，給我們灌輸了許多珍貴的保持衛生，保持環境干凈整潔的思想，這些思想也潛移默化的改變了我的生活習慣，此時自己是一個特愛整潔，追求干凈舒適，崇尚綠色的環保支持者了。

　　總之，通過一年擔任班級生活委員所做的工作，使我更有機會與班上其他同學交流溝通，也是我結交了許多好朋友，使我更好的融入了A0851這個班集體，學會了怎樣與人友好相處，擴展了自己的交際網絡，增強了人脈。也使我更加嚴謹和細心去認真對待每一件事情，不管事情大小否，增強了自己服務同學，服務大眾的意識。

　　所以，回首這個學期的歷程，我雖圓滿的完成了各項工作，但由于時間短暫，工作經驗的缺乏，我深知還存在各種各樣的缺點和不足。在以后的工作實踐中，我將會不斷的努力與探索，揚長避短。進一步加強內部凝聚力，增強服務大眾的意識，為A0851班級后方工作打好基礎，為創建文明班級做準備。使我們班的各項工作在穩定中創新，在創新中穩步前進，逐步走向完善，正所謂“長風破浪會有時，直掛云帆濟滄海”。我堅信：只要我們以積極認真負責的心態去做好各項工作，無悔的付出，一定能繪出更絢麗的篇章。
