近幾年，無(wú)論是觀摩優(yōu)秀課堂還是學(xué)習(xí)前言教學(xué)理念，總有那熟悉的一幕回蕩在腦海———請(qǐng)同學(xué)們對(duì)已經(jīng)完成的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)（ABC等第）；同學(xué)們開(kāi)始自我評(píng)價(jià)剛才的朗讀情況（一、二、三顆星）；請(qǐng)自我評(píng)價(jià)一下你們的小組活動(dòng)（成功、失敗）等。學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)的形式雖然新穎別致，但簡(jiǎn)單的星級(jí)制或等級(jí)類評(píng)比真的能準(zhǔn)確反饋他們的學(xué)習(xí)情況嗎？小學(xué)生能通過(guò)自我評(píng)價(jià)提升認(rèn)識(shí)、進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)嗎？筆者經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)比較，分析出以下幾種美麗陷阱，提醒同行們謹(jǐn)慎避之。
一、評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)一致，卻籠而統(tǒng)之
自我評(píng)價(jià)是指?jìng)�(gè)人自我觀察后按照自我確定的行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)判自己的行為。在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)意識(shí)只是出于萌芽階段，無(wú)論是學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)還是學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)策略，基本都是在教師的指引下一步步開(kāi)展的。因而教師雖然有意識(shí)地在理念和形式上強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)，其實(shí)根本上還是籠而統(tǒng)之的限定性評(píng)價(jià)。例如，在學(xué)習(xí)fruit這一話題時(shí)，學(xué)生的第一關(guān)自評(píng)是能否認(rèn)讀水果單詞；第二關(guān)自評(píng)是能否正確拼寫(xiě)水果單詞的單復(fù)數(shù)；第三關(guān)自評(píng)是能否用所學(xué)詞匯進(jìn)行熟練對(duì)話。在限定的評(píng)價(jià)中，學(xué)生自然只能選擇某一項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)。因此，班中的優(yōu)等生通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)認(rèn)為自己已經(jīng)完成了學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，不再有新的目標(biāo)和要求，更不知學(xué)習(xí)方法或?qū)W習(xí)策略還有不足之處。相反，班中的學(xué)困生永遠(yuǎn)只能作最低的自我評(píng)價(jià)，這種限定的評(píng)價(jià)并沒(méi)有給予學(xué)生鼓勵(lì)和信心，反而早早地讓學(xué)生有了學(xué)生群體分層、分類的概念。
學(xué)生之間的差異更加明顯，甚而導(dǎo)致英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上的兩極分化日趨嚴(yán)重。因而，有時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)的一致必定也代表了它自身的限制性，教師的引導(dǎo)性評(píng)價(jià)要更慎重。
二、評(píng)價(jià)方式多樣，卻流于形式
自我評(píng)價(jià)不僅是對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果的檢測(cè)，其本身也是一種重要的學(xué)習(xí)手段。然而，小學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)水平有限，必須依靠教師的正確指導(dǎo)才能明確為什么要進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)，評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)是什么，評(píng)價(jià)方式是什么。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，評(píng)價(jià)的方式主要有量化表，寫(xiě)學(xué)習(xí)日記（反思），建立學(xué)習(xí)檔案，作業(yè)展示等。但在小學(xué)階段，在老師的指導(dǎo)下，形式主要體現(xiàn)為量化表。比如星級(jí)制（一顆星至五顆星），等級(jí)制（ABC等第），是非制（是或者否）等。在低年級(jí)教學(xué)中，學(xué)生對(duì)星級(jí)制的評(píng)價(jià)還是比較感興趣的，因?yàn)榈湍昙?jí)學(xué)生愛(ài)表?yè)P(yáng)，喜比較，能得到多少不一的小紅星，學(xué)習(xí)成功感很容易獲得。但是，對(duì)于中高年級(jí)的學(xué)生而言，小紅星的吸引力就不大了，他們有自我保護(hù)意識(shí)，也有學(xué)習(xí)上的焦慮，更有辨別學(xué)習(xí)簡(jiǎn)易的能力。這些自評(píng)方式既沒(méi)有發(fā)展學(xué)生的認(rèn)知、提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，幫助學(xué)生分析問(wèn)題，更沒(méi)有培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維方法，提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。學(xué)生們只是在回答老師換種形式的問(wèn)題而已，何來(lái)的評(píng)價(jià)后發(fā)展。
三、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容豐富，卻缺乏反饋
隨著課程改革的不斷深入，教育評(píng)價(jià)改革也提出了“多元化評(píng)價(jià)”的理念。評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容不僅包括學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)的'達(dá)成度，還應(yīng)包括：學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和學(xué)習(xí)效果的自我認(rèn)定。然而在實(shí)際教學(xué)中，在教學(xué)測(cè)試的指揮棒影響下，教師往往只關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)方面學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、策略等方面的評(píng)價(jià)指導(dǎo)較少，反饋更少，因而教師對(duì)學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)指導(dǎo)有時(shí)只是流于形式和表面化，導(dǎo)致評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果比較片面和模糊，令學(xué)生產(chǎn)生心理壓力。就如小學(xué)高年級(jí)letter話題學(xué)習(xí)中，學(xué)生可以對(duì)自己的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)：
能看懂筆友的英文書(shū)信；能辨別中西書(shū)信格式的不同；能把自己的學(xué)習(xí)或生活情況用英文回復(fù)給筆友等。但在評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)后，很多教師并不能根據(jù)學(xué)生的個(gè)性差異進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的反饋與指導(dǎo)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)也基本沒(méi)有什么變化。因而，無(wú)論是教師評(píng)價(jià)還是學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)，評(píng)價(jià)后的反思與改進(jìn)才是最重要的。
四、評(píng)價(jià)主體明確，卻因人而異
教學(xué)需要評(píng)價(jià)，尤其需要教者與學(xué)者的自我評(píng)價(jià)。沒(méi)有評(píng)價(jià)的教是盲目的教，不重視自我評(píng)價(jià)的學(xué)，則是被動(dòng)地學(xué)。在實(shí)際教學(xué)中，雖然大家已經(jīng)有了生本的概念，但實(shí)際操作起來(lái)，卻因人而異。由于小學(xué)生的年齡和心理特點(diǎn)，判斷事物的辨析力和自我評(píng)價(jià)的能力都比較薄弱，因而我們所期待的評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程、評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果、評(píng)價(jià)反饋與發(fā)展都并不理想。例如，在自我評(píng)價(jià)環(huán)節(jié)，有的高年級(jí)學(xué)生是“報(bào)喜不報(bào)憂”，對(duì)自己的評(píng)定等級(jí)總是A等；有的同學(xué)長(zhǎng)期受自卑心理影響，以及對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣的降低，對(duì)自己的評(píng)定等級(jí)又總是C等或D等；有的學(xué)生是從眾心理，看見(jiàn)別人如何評(píng)價(jià)就如法炮制地給自己隨便定了一個(gè)等第；還有的學(xué)生自以為“謙虛是美德”，從而給自己較低的評(píng)價(jià)。因而，此時(shí)的自我評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)教者和學(xué)者而言都沒(méi)有實(shí)際的參考意義，隨心所欲的自我評(píng)定并沒(méi)有強(qiáng)調(diào)科學(xué)的自評(píng)方法和用真實(shí)的反饋指導(dǎo)來(lái)加以檢測(cè)。
