　　我喜歡幼兒園的工作，我現(xiàn)在是在冰心幼兒園當(dāng)一名普通的教師，可是我很開(kāi)心，每天都過(guò)得很充實(shí)。現(xiàn)在的我在冰心幼兒園工作已經(jīng)工作快兩年了。在這兩年當(dāng)中我學(xué)會(huì)了很多。回望過(guò)去，有開(kāi)心也有難過(guò)。

　　在剛剛進(jìn)入幼兒園的時(shí)候，那時(shí)候的工作很輕松，所以沒(méi)有充實(shí)的感覺(jué)了。后來(lái)，幼兒園來(lái)了一位年輕的園長(zhǎng)。在她的帶領(lǐng)下現(xiàn)在我們整個(gè)幼兒園都變的與眾不同，不管是教學(xué)、生活、安全工作、各個(gè)方面都很好。“每當(dāng)被別人問(wèn)我你在哪里工作啊？我都很自信很光榮的說(shuō)我在冰心幼兒園工作。

　　一.工作能力方面

　　1.在教學(xué)過(guò)程中始終貫徹新課程改革的教育理念。準(zhǔn)確的理解和牢牢的把握新課程的核心理念，讓課堂走向生活，面向?qū)W生的生活世界和社會(huì)實(shí)踐。以自主，合作，探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式，讓學(xué)生參與教學(xué)，讓課堂充滿(mǎn)新活力。
