　　大學生活，師友的嚴格教誨以及個人的辛勤努力，使我掌握了工程管理方面的基本理論、方法和土木工程技術知識，熟悉了工程造價的基本規則和原理，對合同管理與索賠及相關的經濟法律和法規也有了一定的了解，同時對專業英語閱讀、寫作、口語、翻譯以及計算機輔助解決實際問題等方面進行了系統的學習與訓練，使我具備了從事工程管理專業工作所需要的基本理論與技能。 四年的班級集體生活和每一次實際工作經歷，培養了我良好的團隊意識與奉獻精神。從一開始的小的班級聯歡活動，到代表管理系參加的校內競賽，從小小的家教到參加商場的促銷以及建設工地的實地實習，這所有的經歷無不一點一點地打磨著我，讓我腳踏實地、認認真真地工作，在培養了組織、協調、領導能力的同時也讓我逐漸領會了溝通的重要性。
