　　一年的臨床實踐給我深刻的體會是：臨床的護理工作必須要細心、耐心、有高度的責任心和使命感，做到急病人之所急，解決病人之所求，讓他們真正的感覺你是在真心的關心著他們的健康。

　　本人接受過全方位的大學基礎教育，收到良好的專業訓練和能力的培養，有扎實的理論基礎和實踐經驗，并且通過了浙江省高校計算機一級考試和CET—4，具備一定的聽，說，讀，寫能力，希望貴公司能給我一次機會，展現自我，實現自我價值和人生價值，我一定會全力以赴不負所望！

　　熱情隨和，活波開朗，具有進取精神和團隊精神，有較強的動手能力。良好協調溝通能力，適應力強，反應快、積極、靈活，愛創新！在達州職業技術學院讀書的期間，我每個學期都獲得了學校的各種獎勵，這是學校對我每個學期努力付出的肯定！

　　三年的護理經歷鍛煉了我細心的準則，以及冷靜解決困難的能力。在實習期間，拿過三等和二等獎，并授予榮譽證書，實習結束后，授予了“優秀實習生”的稱號，專業知識和護理操作擁有熟練的專業技能，豐富的實踐經驗，人際溝通能力方面也能夠處理的很好。

　　作為一名教師，我認真參加學校組織的政治研究，積極響應黨的號召，堅決執行黨的方針、政策，忠于人民的教育事業。

　　我遵守《中小學教師職業道德規范》，愛崗敬業，關心集體，樂于助人。在工作上，我兢兢業業，備好每一節課，上好每一堂課，批好每一份作業，教育好每一個學生，努力做一個深受學生尊重和信賴的老師。

　　一、熱愛教師的職業是做好教學工作的前提。

　　我始終擁護黨的基本路線，全面貫徹國家的教育方針，自覺遵守國家的各項法律法規，熱愛教育事業和本職工作，對教師這個職業充滿責任感、幸福感。我熱愛學校，熱愛學生，注意為人師表，廉潔從表，模范地遵守社會公德，時時處處以師德規范的標準要求自己，教書育人，關心集體，團結、尊重同事，恪盡職守，嚴謹治學。

　　二、在教學的過程中，我堅持正確的方向，以人為本

　　告訴同學們，只有學好知識才能提高全民的素質，才能提升國力，個人才能有為人民服務的本領。我積極投身于教科研工作，大膽進行現代教育技術與數學教學整合的教改嘗試。在每上完一堂課，我都會寫下自己的反思，以不斷督促自己進步。工作之余，我盡量每天擠一點時間閱讀專業類的書籍，不斷給自己充電。
