　　I am 26 years old，born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.I spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 20xx， I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities， so I decided to change my job.

　　And in August 20xx，I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment， I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company， so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

　　世界就會(huì)變成美好的明天”尊老愛幼是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，只要人人都獻(xiàn)出一點(diǎn)愛。作為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生，應(yīng)將弘揚(yáng)中華民族尊老、敬老的傳統(tǒng)美德、努力營造社會(huì)和諧的良好氛圍、讓大學(xué)生們以實(shí)際行動(dòng)為老人家送溫暖、獻(xiàn)愛心、為創(chuàng)建全國文明城市貢獻(xiàn)青春力量作為己任。

　　和同學(xué)去了鎮(zhèn)敬老院。早上，假期間。提著慰問品，一路說笑著向鎮(zhèn)敬老院走去。敬老院，走進(jìn)大門一位熱心的阿姨接待了還一邊給我講解敬老院的概況。

　　有了一支較強(qiáng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的管理機(jī)構(gòu)和有一支較有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的護(hù)理人員隊(duì)伍，鎮(zhèn)敬老院創(chuàng)辦至今將有二十年。鎮(zhèn)政府投資200萬元基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。敬老院將住房規(guī)范、服務(wù)特色化、廚房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、環(huán)境花園化作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。房間有二人、三人、四人，全天24小時(shí)護(hù)理，間間有衛(wèi)生設(shè)施，食堂飲食生熟分開，專燒特具病號(hào)飯。

　　多數(shù)患有神經(jīng)官能癥或老年癡呆癥等疾病，阿姨向我講解到敬老院里其中50%以上的老人生活不能自理。給護(hù)理工作帶來極大的困難。

　　和同學(xué)前往一個(gè)房間慰問代養(yǎng)老人。起初在老人面前我還有些拘謹(jǐn)，阿姨的帶領(lǐng)下。但老人們熱情歡迎感染了平時(shí)嬌生慣養(yǎng)的走出校園來到社會(huì)，走進(jìn)老人。把老人當(dāng)作朋友一樣聊天，幫他整理衣物，擦拭家具，聽老人講自己的過去，讓這些在孤獨(dú)中生活著的老人又一次露出了開心的笑容。

　　跟著負(fù)責(zé)分飯的管理員一起幫助老人們進(jìn)行就餐。有的老人就餐很不方便，老人的就餐時(shí)間。一定需要喂才行。這時(shí)我早已沒有先前的拘謹(jǐn)，爭著給老人喂飯，完全沒有了平時(shí)的嬌氣。雖然動(dòng)作顯得笨拙，可一見到老人的笑臉，大家就笑得很開心，感覺像一家人似地其樂融融。

　　在學(xué)校組織的為期20天的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中，我和其他同學(xué)一起在__機(jī)械廠與工人師傅相處了這段不算長的時(shí)間。在這20天中，我從工人師傅身上學(xué)到了不少東西。現(xiàn)根據(jù)學(xué)校要求，把我在社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、缺點(diǎn)鑒定如下：

　　能以積極的態(tài)度投身在實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中，并將自己在學(xué)校學(xué)到的知識(shí)在數(shù)控機(jī)床上靈活運(yùn)用。能虛心向工人師傅學(xué)習(xí)，服從安排。準(zhǔn)時(shí)上下班，從無遲到、缺席、早退現(xiàn)象。

　　勞動(dòng)中不怕臟、不怕苦，積極肯干。同時(shí)，還存在著一些不足：不能主動(dòng)積極地向工人師傅請(qǐng)教有關(guān)機(jī)床的知識(shí);在勞動(dòng)休息時(shí)，不能像師傅一樣主動(dòng)清除車間的廢料和垃圾。

　　沒想到這次活動(dòng)得到了廣大社區(qū)居民的熱烈響應(yīng)，活動(dòng)開始不到10分鐘，就已經(jīng)有一些大爺、大媽拿來早已準(zhǔn)備好了自家搜集來的廢舊電池，前來更換環(huán)保袋子(這還是因?yàn)楹⒆觽兦耙恢艿膹V泛宣傳的結(jié)果呢!他們?cè)缇陀『昧藗鲉危谏鐓^(qū)發(fā)放，其中還有我兒的哥們們的熱心家長們的功勞)。這個(gè)利用更換環(huán)保袋回收廢舊電池的主意是他爹想出來的，這個(gè)主意真得不錯(cuò)，人們看到花花綠綠的環(huán)保袋，即使忘記帶來了，也都會(huì)盡量跑回家一趟，并盡可能多搜集一些前來更換。

　　這次活動(dòng)十分成功，之所以這樣說主要是已經(jīng)到達(dá)了以下目的：

　　一、在社區(qū)廣泛宣傳了電池對(duì)環(huán)境的危害，使人們認(rèn)識(shí)到電池不能隨意丟棄，必須要有序回收。

　　二、經(jīng)過此次活動(dòng)，不僅僅大人們對(duì)電池有了認(rèn)識(shí)，參與活動(dòng)的孩子們也都明白了其中的意義。使孩子們從小就明白回收電池對(duì)我們環(huán)境保護(hù)的重要性。孩子們不僅僅將收來的廢電池整理整齊，還將大家?guī)淼乃芰洗€有塑料瓶等垃圾也一并收拾利索了。

　　三、孩子們?cè)诖嘶顒?dòng)中收獲更多。他們了解了舉辦一個(gè)活動(dòng)的全過程，組織活動(dòng)的技巧，對(duì)公眾表達(dá)意愿的方法，例如，有的孩子剛一開始還不敢對(duì)路上的行人開口講話，比較膽怯，可是漸漸的，隨著活動(dòng)進(jìn)展，孩子們?cè)絹碓矫靼兹绾伪磉_(dá)，如何宣傳，如何來實(shí)施這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)了。同時(shí)還體驗(yàn)到了工作的辛苦。有些孩子在活動(dòng)中遇到了一些困難，比如當(dāng)初規(guī)定好了2-5個(gè)廢舊電池可換1個(gè)環(huán)保袋，6個(gè)以上能夠換兩個(gè)(當(dāng)時(shí)為何這樣規(guī)定呢首先研究到這是一項(xiàng)公益活動(dòng)，萬一有的人僅有2或3節(jié)電池，那也要回收啊!我們也期望他們都能拿來。而6個(gè)以上的人如果較真，非要按照2個(gè)2個(gè)的計(jì)算的話，也能夠給他3個(gè)。原先就想，大家不會(huì)為一個(gè)兩個(gè)環(huán)保袋為難孩子們吧，可是就會(huì)有這樣認(rèn)真的，孩子們有的就疑惑了，到底該怎樣辦他們都在動(dòng)腦筋想辦法，來解決棘手的問題。有的阿姨甚至沒有電池，直接就找孩子們要環(huán)保袋去買菜用，有一個(gè)奶奶更有意思，活動(dòng)快結(jié)束時(shí)只剩下兩個(gè)環(huán)保袋了，她那一塑料袋電池拿來了，就跟孩子們急了，嫌棄兩個(gè)環(huán)保袋少了，不依不饒，其中一個(gè)孩子很棒，直接跑回家把我們留給她的那個(gè)環(huán)保袋貢獻(xiàn)出來給了這位奶奶，總算平息了她的怒火。

　　孩子們不僅僅增強(qiáng)了自信心，同時(shí)還學(xué)會(huì)一些解決問題的方法了。呵呵!社區(qū)的居民們都紛紛稱贊這次活動(dòng)真的辦得很好，他們都明白電池對(duì)環(huán)境的危害，但就是不明白哪里回收，很多人都在期待著下次活動(dòng)的來臨。

　　經(jīng)過此次活動(dòng)，孩子們還一齊發(fā)現(xiàn)了活動(dòng)的缺陷，及時(shí)糾正并調(diào)整了策略，相信在未來的活動(dòng)中他們必須會(huì)更加出色。
