工作一年了，結合我自身談談UI設計的重要性。現在主流的論壇建站程序有兩種Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收購Discuz被騰訊收購這兩個論壇程序都是開源免費的)，下面是UI設計師個人評價：。
利用這兩種程序我都分別建立過論壇，我第一次用的是Phpwind后來我轉用了Discuz(當時我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放棄使用Phpwind論壇程序的主要原因是Phpwind論壇界面不太好看(現在phpwind設計團隊好像在這方面做了改進)，第二個是很多功能都很難摸清楚，插件安裝很繁瑣。其實Phpwind的功能比Discuz略強大一點。但是我們現在上網大多都會發現論壇網站都是基于Discuz建立的。Discuz為什么比Phpwind有市場關鍵取決于界面設計和用戶體驗設計。
同樣蘋果的iPhone手機賣的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也沒有研發什么強大的手機功能(蘋果有的手軟件件功能智能機基本都能安裝)但是蘋果就是賣的好!大家都知道是因為iPhone的工業設計界面設計和用戶體驗設計做得好!
結合各種實例，我們會發現人們的文化素養提高了，應用軟件已經不能僅僅停留在滿足功能需要。

1.配色問題
一個網頁的色彩最好不要超過3種，一面視覺效果混亂，用色柔和，對比度強的色彩不能應用于一般網站，時尚網站使用還可以。

一、工作總結：
從開始連效果圖都做不好到現在能自己套程序，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開同事們的幫助。在這三個月里，我學習了制作網頁的基礎知識。從配色到布局，從制作效果圖再到切片，再到用dw制作網頁，最后套程序。每一個環節我都沒有松懈，不管是在公司還是回到家里，我都會充分利用時間來學習，補充自己貧瘠的知識。雖然現在的水平還遠遠不夠，但是捫心自問，我在遠洋的每一天都是充實的，沒有虛度，我相信在新的一年里，通過自己的努力和同事們的幫助，我會學到更多的東西，不管是在技術水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓。
二、工作中的不足：
雖然通過三個月的努力，技術水平有所提高，但是還是存在很多不足的地方，因為基礎打的不夠好，很多地方學習起來有些吃力，不停的問同事，也給別人帶來了不少麻煩，因為知識的不足，使得開始的學習有些混亂，感覺不知道從哪里開始學起，無從下手，浪費了不少時間。
三、新一年的目標：

剛剛入職不到一個月，對于旅游這一行業，如何運作，操作，知之甚少。但在這一個月里，我漸漸對旅游行業發生了濃厚興趣。同事們在處事上八面玲瓏，圓滑，談笑風生值我學習。公司基本沒有物資儲備，也沒有生產過程，卻能創造出利潤，贏得財富，對于我非常感興趣，公司到底是如何經營的?
在此我定下了明年的工作目標。了解公司的操作過程，運營方式，雖然我是公司的 it 技術人員，對于學習這些知識表面上看似無任何關聯，我只要按公司給的需求開發出相應的系統即可。但我認為，最好的項目是最適合顧客體驗的，要想做出受顧客歡迎的網站，要站在顧客角度上考慮。因此要融入到旅游行業，身處其境，才能做得更好。我跟華哥聊過公司的網絡發展，華哥的目標是明年使至尊網成為華南最大的旅游網，使至尊網成為一個品牌。這是我們網絡部的目標，也是我的目標。配合好華哥的工作，使網站能按時上線。與網絡部的同事一起努力，把網絡推廣做到最好。
