班主任工作是管理人的工作，我所面對(duì)的又是朝氣蓬勃，有思想，有感情，自我表現(xiàn)欲強(qiáng)的一年級(jí)學(xué)生，所以一個(gè)學(xué)期下來(lái)，給我最最強(qiáng)烈的體會(huì)是：班主任工作中既要有宏觀的群體管理，又要有微觀的個(gè)性發(fā)展;還要有強(qiáng)烈的前瞻性;工作更要細(xì)致的落實(shí)到位，只有這樣才能使學(xué)生在班上健康全面發(fā)展。作為一年級(jí)班主任，我針對(duì)我們班活潑好動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，做了如下的工作：
一、加強(qiáng)常規(guī)教育，培養(yǎng)孩子們的自覺(jué)性。
回憶起開(kāi)學(xué)第一個(gè)月的情形，的確比較辛苦。每天如 “ 母雞孵蛋 ” 一般坐在班中。從坐站、舉手、排隊(duì)、用餐等一一教起。一個(gè)星期之后，學(xué)生漸漸地知道了每天何時(shí)當(dāng)做何事。于是，我結(jié)合制定的工作計(jì)劃，利用晨會(huì)、班會(huì)等時(shí)間，從紀(jì)律、學(xué)習(xí)、衛(wèi)生、安全、人文素養(yǎng)等方面，對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行規(guī)范化教育，使他們明白該做哪些事情，不該做哪些事情。時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)，學(xué)生的行為規(guī)范大有進(jìn)步，已基本上適應(yīng)了小學(xué)生活。
二、多表?yè)P(yáng)多獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，激發(fā)孩子的上進(jìn)心。
每天的早讀課，我都會(huì)鼓勵(lì)孩子用自己的方式朗讀課文，并在巡回檢查的過(guò)程中，將認(rèn)真讀書(shū)的學(xué)生大肆表?yè)P(yáng)，下課的時(shí)候把他們叫到面前談?wù)勑模淇渌麄兊膬?yōu)點(diǎn)。學(xué)生積極性大增，每天早讀課他們都學(xué)習(xí)自讀課文。每天的教室打掃和其他的行為習(xí)慣，我也都會(huì)沿用早讀課的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方法，并到一星期結(jié)束時(shí)進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)，各方面都做得好或在某一方面有進(jìn)步的，特別是壞毛病改掉一些的，我都會(huì)獎(jiǎng)他們一顆星，利用孩子的上進(jìn)心鞭策他們。小朋友看到班級(jí)中的表?yè)P(yáng)榜上的星星都特別的開(kāi)心，有的小朋友甚至早晨到班級(jí)中來(lái)的時(shí)候都要認(rèn)真的看一看星星是不是掉了。
三、和家長(zhǎng)多聯(lián)系，多交流，共同促進(jìn)孩子的發(fā)展。
我認(rèn)為，一個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng)離不開(kāi)家庭的影響。教師對(duì)孩子的影響再大，如果得不到家庭的響應(yīng)與合作，必然是勢(shì)單力薄的。所以我經(jīng)常利用家長(zhǎng)接送孩子的時(shí)候，與家長(zhǎng)交流，表達(dá)自己對(duì)教育孩子的看法，反映孩子的在校表現(xiàn)和提出一些建議等等。
