　　“時間真的過得好快，時間真的不等人”。大學三年，我一覺還沒睡醒就有人跟我說現(xiàn)在是XX年，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)，我就要畢業(yè)了，真的有些感慨，往事歷歷歷在目!在這個假期中，給我感觸最深的那就是第一次去體驗生活，真正感受到人生的酸甜苦辣。也許對多數(shù)人來說這只是一個平淡的冬季。起初，大家都認為這一次的實習只不過是隨便找個單位蓋章然后應付交差。但是，今年寒假我不想讓這個冬季平淡過去，我想通過這次實習了解社會，真正學到一些東西。我于11月26日武漢電視臺百姓連線進行了為期2個月的專業(yè)實習，成為了一名實習記者。記得有句頗富有哲理的話，如果想知道梨的味道，就要親自去嘗一嘗。這兩個月的實習經歷就是從不知梨味到體味其中酸甜苦辣的過程。除了體驗到記者這個“無冕之王“職業(yè)所帶來的樂趣與成就感之外，更多的是學到了一種認真嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度，與人溝通的能力和獲得了一份寶貴的人生經歷。

　　首先說說在百姓連線的工作心得。在編輯部二個月的工作生活，我感觸最深的就是，這里是我的第二個家，新聞工作可以在快樂中完成。編輯部的老師對我們這些新人親切有加，在工作之余，以朋友的姿態(tài)經常和我們一起唱歌，坦懷聊天，非但不擺領導的架子，而且還以關愛之心在引導我們做好新聞工作，對我們這些新人投以真摯友情的目光，在工作中，只要你需要，他們隨時給予熱情地指導;工作之余，大家開懷談笑，不分彼此。正因為如此，在編輯部的工作，讓我體會了在愉快中完成工作的歡欣。

　　我在工作上的收獲主要有：

　　1、基本了解使用和維護攝影機;

　　2、基本掌握了社會新聞的采寫和區(qū)別;

　　3、基本了解編輯新聞攝像帶的大致流程;

　　4、基本學會電視新聞稿的一些寫作方法和技巧等。在這期間我不僅可以較好地配合各位師兄一同出去采訪拍攝工作，還可以自己獨立外出采寫完成具體的新聞作品。一個月的時間，我配合各位師兄一起完成新聞采寫近18篇，自己獨立完成的采寫作品1篇。老師每次安排的采訪任務都可以順利完成。

　　當然在這期間，工作上也存在著一些不足主要有：

　　1、新聞的采寫比較古板，缺乏新意;

　　2、新聞的敏感性相對較差，特別是對與會議新聞相關聯(lián)的社會性新聞把握不足等。

　　剛來的日子基本上都在接熱線電話，幫助老師收集新聞線索。開始覺得有些枯燥，沒意思。但后來發(fā)現(xiàn)，這些電話對于我們來說是非常重要的。要寫出一篇好新聞，就要先找到線索。通過電話，我們就能在最快的時間內發(fā)現(xiàn)新聞，趕到新聞現(xiàn)場。

　　當我看到所記錄的新聞線索變?yōu)橐黄�篇新聞播出，更加感到新聞線索的重要性了，對接電話這樣的簡單工作更是不敢馬虎。也不再小瞧。每一個打進來的電話都會認真記錄。以方便之后的采訪工作。

　　老師告訴我們，在接電話的時候，我們需要問清楚事情大概的情況，對事情有一個初步的了解。并且時間久了之后，你會慢慢發(fā)現(xiàn)哪些事情是有新聞價值的，從而做出一篇完整的新聞。

　　第一次的采訪顯得有些緊張，對自己也沒有信心，害怕犯錯誤。怕漏掉了一些環(huán)節(jié)對報道會有影響。這時，老師總是很耐心的指導我，告訴我哪些是很重要的部分，要詢問清楚的，要仔細記錄下來的。雖然第一次的采訪，自己的表現(xiàn)有些慌亂，但畢竟已經跨出了一大步，從學校的書本課堂，走到了真實的新聞采訪。
