As you all know, there is a flinty problem that many many fresh graduates can not find their jobs today. What is worse, it seems that we have fey answer isabsolutely “ no”!
Just think, my friends, why somebody suggest our fresh graduates go abroad? Are our markets for job seekers really saturated ? Are there really bags of jobs waiting for the jobless abroad? Can the migration really put the axe in the helve? It is unlikely, in my opinion.
In some degree, It is a illusion thinking that there have been dead-alive on the labor market home. So many graduates say they can not find their jobs, so many parents worry about their young ones’ future, so many companies close the doors for job seeking…… How it just be a illusion ? Do I have a bee in my head?
First ,we should make it clear that what kind of jobs that our graduates want to take, and where they want to work? It goes without saying, only jobs providing high salary in big cities, for instance Beijing, can satisfy them. Unfortunately ,that kind of jobs are limited. Therefore, it is not that our graduates can not find jobs but that they can not find the fictive jobs , as a matter of fact. No matter how flourish and how actively a city is, it can provide numbered positions for the job seekers. What theywant is perfect, but what they can gain in the end is another pair of shoes.
In fact, in the country, in the undeveloped places, more and more persons with ability are needed. However, there are no theatres, there are no cafes, there are no KFC, and there are supermarkets… As a result, no body like to work there.
As we all know, developed countries usually have the same problem that large numbers of person lost their work, which is even serious than china. Millions of people pageant nearly every day, speaking for a piece of work. So what we can do after we get there? How can we support ourselves?
Not all emigrants live a happy life, in fact, most of them worry about their life from time to time. Digesting the culture seems always difficult, the salary stays at a low level, and the miss to their motherland always follows…
How about the developing country? Are there more jobs, higher wages and comfortable life? I am sorry ,the answer is still “no”! Plumplyspeaking, many developing counties are disordered. You can not prosuppose when the terrorists may attack you, when the epidemic may come and how can you make a living?
Now you can see, as I refered to, foreign countries are not the paradise, at least, to most of the people having gone abroad. In this case, why we still suggest our graduates go overseas? In addition, will that really be good for our country after number of fresh graduates entering overseas for their job seeking?
As the matter of our family planning policy, the aged will become more and more, which is leading to a reasonably unfavourable situation. It is said that we will not have enough work force in future. Please project yourself in that case, once it comes true, what will it happen? Factories is short of workers, hospitals lack doctors, offices are pressed for missionaries…… Now you can imagine, my dear friends, how terrible it is!
Actions speak louder than words. Some worrying reality has already occurred. Large numbers of excellent graduates go abroad every year who are from many famous universities inland, like Beijing university. It means that we have been losing the most standout person. It means that we are cultivating person for other countries for free!

Why we still encourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are so many potential chances? why we stillencourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are not so many fantastic jobs actually? Why we still do that, since it does harm to us?

Good morning, Everyone!
I will talk about sports. I am an active boy. I like many kinds of sports, such as walking, skating, climbing, cycling and skipping. Doing sports gives me a good health and brings me a lot of fun.
Now, I will tell you about my cycling sport. I often ride my bicycle when I am free. I like to ride my bicycle on a road near my house. It is an empty road. There are no cars and few people walking on the road. It is about four kilometers long. It has several long slopes. So it is very good for cycling. I remember from my own childhood how many of them are found for the first time in Henry V. Words like dishearten, divest, addiction, motionless, leapfrog – and phrases like "once more unto the breach", "band of brothers" and "heart of gold" – have all passed into our language today with no need to reference their original context. What does overpopulation feel like? When we move slowly through the city in a tazi. When we enter a crowded slum district. When the temperature is high and when the air is thick with dust and smoke. The streets are crowded with people. The streets seem alive with people. People eating. People washing. People talking. People sleeping. People visiting each other, arguing and screaming. People relieving themselves. People pushing their hands through the taxi windows, begging. People leading animals. People, people, people, people. As we drive slowly through the crowd, sounding the taxi's horn, the dust, heat, noise and cooking fires made it like a scene from hell! I admit, frightening.
To the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. More people, more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.
The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world's resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world's resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.
For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.
If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don't do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. By protecting nature, we protect ourselves.
Let's unite together, hand in hand we stand all across the land.
We can make this world in which to live. Hand in hand. Control the population growth. Take good care of our nature.

I’m not alone. Eight colleagues from our office have been here and spent a year in UK. When they returned to China, they had a profound love for Bristol, citing that those were the happiest moments in their life. I believe I will feel the same way.

Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! Now I prefer to end my speech with the great British poet Shelley’s lines: “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” Thank you!

敘述事實，交代背景
開頭向聽眾報告一些新發生的事實，比較容易引起人們的注意，吸引聽眾傾聽。如1941年7月3日斯大林《廣播演說》的開頭：“希特勒德國從6月22日向我們祖國發動的背信棄義的軍事進攻，正在繼續著。雖然紅軍進行了英勇的抵抗，雖然敵人的精銳師團和他們的精銳空軍部隊已被擊潰，被埋葬在戰場上，但是敵人又從前線調來了生力軍，繼續向前闖進。我們的祖國面臨著嚴重的危險。”
提出問題，發人深思
通過提問，引導聽眾思考一個問題，并由此造成一個懸念，引起聽眾欲知答案的期待。如曲嘯的《人生·理想·追求》就是這樣開頭的：“一個人應該怎樣對待自己青春的時光呢？我想在這里同大家談談我的情況。”
引用警句，引出下文
引用內涵深刻、發人深省的警句，引出下面的內容來。如一個大學生的演講稿，標題叫《我的思考與奮起》，開頭就很精彩：“一個人如果一輩子都不曾混亂過，那么他從來就沒有思考過。”
開頭的方法還有一些，不再一一列舉。總之無論采用什么形式的開頭，都要做到先聲奪人，富于吸引力。
二、主要部分要層層展開，步步推向高潮
演講稿的主要，要層層展開，步步推向高潮。所謂高潮，即演講中最精彩、最激動人心的段落。在主要部分的行文上，要在理論上一步步說服聽眾，在內容上一步步吸引聽眾，在感情上一步步感染聽眾。要精心安排結構層次，層層深入，環環相扣，水到渠成地推向高潮。
主要部分展開的方式有以下三種：
并列式
并列式就是圍繞演講稿的中心論點，從不一樣角度、不一樣側面進行表現，其結構形態呈放射狀四面展開，宛若車輪之軸與其輻條。而每一側面都直接面向中心論點，證明中心的論點。
遞進式
即從表面、淺層入手，采取步步深入、層層推進的方法，最終表明深刻的主題，猶如層層剝筍。用這種方法來安排演講稿的結構層次，能使事物得到由表及里的深入闡述和證明。
并列遞進結合式
這種結構，或是在并列中包含遞進，或是在遞進中包含并列。一些縱橫捭闔、氣勢雄偉的演講稿常采用這種方式。
三、結尾要干脆利落，簡潔有力
演講稿的結尾，是主要內容發展的必然結果。結尾或歸納、或升華、或希望、或號召，方式很多。好的結尾應收攏全篇，卒章顯志，干脆利落，簡潔有力，切忌畫蛇添足，節外生枝。并且演講稿要貼近生活。

Innovation is adding something new to or changing something that has been established. Tradition is a ritual, belief, or object passed down within a society, still maintained in the present, with origins in the past. Most, if not all things, incorporate lessons learnedfrom both. 'Innovation and Tradition' represents opposite ends on the spectrum of change. When tradition meets innovation, all you need is to change another mind. You can combine totally different things together, or figure out different usages, in order to get new things.
A company needs to be creative while has a sense to satisfy consumers requirement in this dog-eats-dog environment. Therefore, innovative ability has become a vitally important key to success. Lets take Wechat as a sample. It took the place of original way to communicate and even added voice message, allow us to hear peoples voice freely. It really makes the connection between the worlds differently. Every a little change counts.
When you get an etra cup, makes it a pot to grow flowers; when you get some tea and milk, makes it a cup of milk tea; when you get a huge calabash, makes it a float.

There are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in China. On the one hand, some of the western holidays which we Chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as Father’s Day and April Fool’s Day etc. On the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in China. Overwhelmed by such a trend,Chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
