　　我們社會正在日益變化中。隨著變化的增長，人們的工作壓力也隨之增加。并與日俱增。很多人都對此發表的觀點。在我看來，這種趨勢是不可避免的，人們所能做的就是接受。

　　First of all, the population in the world is growing day by day, but theresource is less and less. Some places are lack of resource, which is a commonphenomenon. So, to alive, people have to work hard to get enough resource forthemselves. In addition, as people pay a lot of attention on education, nowadaysmost of them are well-educated with great knowledge. Of course, theircompetition is more and more fierce. Last, with the development of technology,the industry has greatly improved our working efficiency. The machine can workwithout rest, but people can’t. All these changes place lots of burden onpeople’s shoulder. Thus, it is natural that their working stress increase.

　　首先，世界人口日益增長，而資源卻越來越少。有些地方缺乏資源已經是很普遍的現象。所以，為了存活，人必須努力工作為自己取得足夠的資源。此外，由于人們很重視教育，如今大多數人都是受過良好教育。當然，他們的競爭是越來越多嚴峻。最后，隨著科技的發展，工業已大大改善了我們的工作效率。機器可以不休息一直運作，但人卻不可以。所有這些變化都讓人們肩負起更重的壓力。所以，他們的工作壓力增加是很自然的。

　　Although working stress increase, people have faced it in a proper way.This is the main trends of the world; people can’t change it by personal power.They can’t change it, but they can find a good way to accept it. As theirworking stress is increasing day by day, they can find other ways to relaxthemselves, such as, exercise, dance, travel, reading, sleep and so on. Ifpeople can adjust their situation well, they still can enjoy a happy life.

　　雖然工作壓力增大，但是人們也得正確地面對。這是主流;人們不可能憑借個人力量來改變它。他們無法改變，但他們可以用恰當的方式接受。由于他們工作壓力日益增加，他們可以找其他方法來放松自己，例如，鍛煉，跳舞，旅游，看書，睡覺等。如果人們可以調整好自己的狀態，他們仍然可以過著快樂的生活。

　　First, the main duty of college students is to study. Before going tocollege, we have been told that college is such a good place for learningknowledge, so that we work hard to go to college. If we skip classes, we willlose the chance to gain knowledge, the first purpose of going to college isbeing abandoned. College students are preparing for the future, they shouldlearn more, so that they can compete with others.

　　第一，大學生的主要責任就是學習。在上大學以前，我們已經被告知大學是學習知識的好地方，因此我們努力學習來考上大學。如果我們曠課，就會失去增加知識的機會，上大學的第一動機就被拋棄了。大學生正在為將來做準備，他們應該學得更多，這樣可以和他人競爭。

　　Second, the classes open in the college is less than before, if studentsskip classes, what else they can learn. Chinese students work very hard in themiddle school and high school, the lessons are full in a day, they have to learnso many subjects. But college is with less lessons, because they learn theirmajors only. Skipping classes means a student don’t want to learn.

In thisway, families will exemplify the right values, and young members will learnfirst-hand on how to respect the elderly.
