　　我認(rèn)為英語的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容要豐富和合理，學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容要包括聽說讀寫，包括英語語言的知識學(xué)習(xí)和西方國家的文化習(xí)俗了解。我認(rèn)為我們要實(shí)事求是，做到聽得懂，說得出，讀的準(zhǔn)，寫的對。我們要系統(tǒng)化了解西方文化，重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域重點(diǎn)化了解，特色領(lǐng)域特色化了解。我們的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容要從詞匯到句子到文章到書籍著作，步步攻關(guān)，最終完成對西方文化的徹底了解，對自身能力的徹底顛覆。

　　三、對課程的建議

　　我認(rèn)為英語課程不能過分拔高其地位，不能過分貶低其價(jià)值。我們要對英語學(xué)習(xí)及其價(jià)值意義有科學(xué)的準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)識。我們不能對英語學(xué)科對于國家命運(yùn)和個(gè)人前途過分夸大盲目高估，我們也不能徹底否定英語的積極意義。我認(rèn)為學(xué)校和學(xué)生對于英語課程都要把握度，做到度在心中。

　　四、對學(xué)習(xí)條件的建議

　　我認(rèn)為我們學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)改善并提升我們的學(xué)習(xí)條件。我們學(xué)校的教學(xué)設(shè)施要滿足學(xué)生對于英語學(xué)習(xí)的聽，看，說，查。我們應(yīng)該具備隨時(shí)可以練聽力的設(shè)備器材，我們應(yīng)該具備觀看英語電影和其他相關(guān)視頻的學(xué)校數(shù)據(jù)庫，我們應(yīng)該產(chǎn)生練習(xí)表達(dá)實(shí)戰(zhàn)的學(xué)生組織，我們應(yīng)該具有一個(gè)切實(shí)可用的查詢英語資料的體系。

　　五、對學(xué)習(xí)年限的建議

　　我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)年限要分為兩個(gè)部分，學(xué)校方面的規(guī)定年限和學(xué)生自愿決定的年限。學(xué)校可以硬性規(guī)定兩年，每個(gè)同學(xué)必須修完兩年(四六級及格除外)，另外修完規(guī)定年限希望繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)深造的學(xué)校要組織教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)。

　　六、對學(xué)校和教師對學(xué)生水平測試方法的建議

　　我認(rèn)為測試學(xué)生水平一定要有考試的硬性測試和老師觀測的人性測試。試卷考試不可少，但難度及內(nèi)容要恰當(dāng)合理。老師的觀測要全面科學(xué)，主要反映試卷考不出的學(xué)生能力。
