　　第一次以醫護人員的身份進入醫院，對我來說一切都是那么的新奇，看看這摸摸那。站在護士的角度審視醫院的一切，很多事情都是很新鮮。

　　一、第一天早晨就看著護士打針發藥測量生命體征。看著護士很忙碌的身影，我也不敢插話打擾，因為不熟悉醫院的流程，只能跟著護士們后面打轉，拿棉簽，遞藥水，拔針，掃地等一些瑣碎的事。

　　一天下來，體會了一回做護士的苦辣酸甜。才發覺本來做護士并沒有我設計中的那么復雜。護士的使命就是一個字“累”。我每天隨著他們跑都累得不行。而他們不但要不斷的在病房間走動。還要給病人扎針換藥。抱負上比我累多了。但她們一句牢騷也沒有。只是聽我在那喊累。提及來真是慚愧。

　　一名護士，只要在使命崗亭上。她就充斥了力量。她們全身心的投入在一場戰役中：把本人的生氣心愿完備展現在病房表里。把本人的能量連同微笑毫無生存的貢獻給病人剛進入病房感覺很茫然，不是以前以病人或者病人家屬的身份進入。這一次真真切切的以見習護士身份進入。忽視的工作非常繁重，盡管在未進入臨床之前進在個方面聽過，但真正進入病房后，感觸又深了。一天下來，我發現護士的活很零碎，很雜亂，也可以說很低微。什么活都干，看著她們我才真正意識到自己選擇的是怎樣的一條路。

　　二、見習時，我跟隨帶教老師。仔細聽取講解與指導。領會了很多醫療配備的基本操作。飽覽并理論了很多種醫療操作。好比生命體征測定（體重、血壓、呼吸、脈搏、體溫）、心電監護、霧化吸入、血氧飽和度測定、靜脈滴注、器械消毒等等。有很多業余儀器我都是第一次見到。有很多看似復雜的照顧護士操作，真正做起來才曉得并非如此。在醫院的短短四周。別致事物連續不斷。時時給我帶來興奮的打擊。

　　我充斥好奇。留神察看。自動發問。護士們耐煩的給我講解。使我領會到了一些醫療儀器的使用方式、基本放肆了照顧護士操作的方式和留意事項。她們生動的綜合一個個看似復雜的操作。而且在規章制度答應的條件下給我很多理論的機遇。讓我有機遇使用這些儀器和配備。理論照顧護士操作。這些都使我對未來處臵的使命有了確定的感性相熟。

　　在治療室里我看到了很多我學過的藥物，如阿托品，東莨菪堿，安定，硝酸甘油，氨茶堿，西地蘭，速尿等等。而且在病房里親眼看了有些病人用藥出現了不良反應的表現，這樣更加深了我對藥物作用及其不良反應等的記憶。以前在學校里操作的時間十分有限，很多操作都不熟練，在這里，我可以獨自呆在一旁，拿著注射器練習抽吸藥液；我可以在病房里找一張空床練習鋪床；還可以拿起血壓計，給病房里的叔叔阿姨測測血壓，來到臨床，讓我的很多實踐操作得到了鞏固，同時也警示了我掌握基礎知識的重要性。

　　三、實踐的另外一個方面是可以學到在學校里學不到的東西。人際溝通，社會經驗就是很重要的內容。在同一個科室要處理好醫護關系、護患關系，更重要的是要處理好同事之間的關系。在醫院會遇到各種各樣的病人和病人家屬，各種情況都在考驗一個護士的應變能力，我們要用耐心和責任心去對待每一個患者，要以理讓患者家屬信服。最有體會的就是有一位患者出現厭倦治療的情緒。

　　老師很幽默地勸他，曉之以理，動之以情，發動家屬的力量，好說歹說給他打上針，按上心電監護。這就說明護士對待病人決不能情緒化，不能意氣用事，要站在患者的心理來考慮問題。形形色色的人很多，怎樣與人打交道也是很重要的。這些都是見習積累的一點社會經驗
