一、第一天早晨就看著護(hù)士打針發(fā)藥測(cè)量生命體征。看著護(hù)士很忙碌的身影，我也不敢插話打擾，因?yàn)椴皇煜めt(yī)院的流程，只能跟著護(hù)士們后面打轉(zhuǎn)，拿棉簽，遞藥水，拔針，掃地等一些瑣碎的事。

三、實(shí)踐的另外一個(gè)方面是可以學(xué)到在學(xué)校里學(xué)不到的東西。人際溝通，社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)就是很重要的內(nèi)容。在同一個(gè)科室要處理好醫(yī)護(hù)關(guān)系、護(hù)患關(guān)系，更重要的是要處理好同事之間的關(guān)系。在醫(yī)院會(huì)遇到各種各樣的病人和病人家屬，各種情況都在考驗(yàn)一個(gè)護(hù)士的應(yīng)變能力，我們要用耐心和責(zé)任心去對(duì)待每一個(gè)患者，要以理讓患者家屬信服。最有體會(huì)的就是有一位患者出現(xiàn)厭倦治療的情緒。

2、做事講求速度技術(shù)和質(zhì)量，還有分工明確，了解自己要做什么，清楚自己的職責(zé)，特別在搶救病人。見(jiàn)習(xí)期間，讓我知道素質(zhì)要好點(diǎn)，理論知識(shí)強(qiáng)點(diǎn)，而臨床的都是從零開(kāi)始，我們下了臨床都要重新學(xué)，所以我們自己要強(qiáng)，什么不懂的都要多問(wèn)多學(xué)。
