　　我于20xx年7月14日20xx年10月31日到廣州市鳳凰城酒店實習，這段時間我的收獲很大。酒店服務是有形產品和無形服務的混合體，酒店服務質量評價的標準就是客人的滿意程度。處于買方市場的酒店應把顧客需求作為營銷工作的動身點，前廳代表酒店與賓客接觸，滿足客人對酒店服務的各種需求，接受客人的投訴，解決客人的疑問題目，是酒店的神經中樞。正是基于這些，前廳的地位和作用就尤顯重要。

　　前廳部固然不是酒店主要的營業(yè)部分，但對酒店的市場形象、服務質量乃至管理水平和經營效益有著相當重要的影響。前廳部可謂是酒店管理的點睛之筆。通過這次在鳳凰城酒店接近四個月的實習，本人獲益非淺。酒店就即是是一個社會的縮影。這次實習無疑是為不久的將來踏進社會的我提供一次重要的機會。

　　1、溝通能力進步：作為一位前臺接待員，作為酒店的一線員工，與客人的接觸是面對面的，是最直接的。常常前臺接待員一句話可以影響客人對酒店的整體印象，乃至影響客人整天的心情狀態(tài)。如何讓自己說出的語言讓客人聽得舒服，聽得開心，是作為一位前臺接待員所必須要學習的課程。固然，溝通不但限于與客人之間，還存在于同事之間，乃至是對上級。人不免不會有情緒上的波動，然而這類情緒上的波動常常會影響他人的心情。如何調劑好本身的心態(tài)，用最好的心態(tài)往面對客人，面對同事乃至上級，如何帶給他人一個最好的笑臉，是我每天都要認真思考的題目。在這次實習中，我不但在溝通能力上得到了進步，還學會了如何調劑自我的心態(tài)。

　　2、突發(fā)事件應變能力進步：在前臺接待處工作，天天都必須作好作戰(zhàn)的預備。由于作為一位前臺接待員，天天都要接待不同的客人，面對不同的事件。進住的客人中不免會有些不大禮貌的客人，乃至會對接待員口出惡言。面對這樣的清況，要如何撫慰客人的情緒，同時也要保護酒店的利益與本身的安全，對我來講又是另外一個考驗。

　　3、工作獨立處理能力進步：通過這次實習，我深切的了解到，必須學會自己有能力的事情必須自己做的這個道理。只有培養(yǎng)本身的獨立能力，才能在工作上得到進步。在工作上，有題目，有不懂應當大膽請教同事，而不是不懂裝懂。獨立工作，積累經驗，最后得到的才是最合適自己的東西。

　　4、服務意識進步：作為一位前臺接待員，時刻都代表著酒店。不管是在工作崗位上，還是走在路上，只要穿著酒店的

　　制服就應當時刻都有為客人提供最好的服務的意思。我們是微笑之城的使者，一切為了賓客，為了賓客的一切，為了一切賓客。

　　時間如白駒過隙 ，轉眼間，2個月的試用期就要結束了，在這短短的2個月里，我學到了許多以前從未學到的東西，也接觸到了以前從未接觸的東西。也感受到了自己進入了一個關系和諧，團結奮斗，積極向上的團隊。非常感謝*公司，感謝領導給了我這么一個學習的機會。

　　剛進入公司時對公司不 了解，還記得因此而擁有過朦朧。

　　首先，在原材料倉庫的 三個月來，熟悉了原材料入庫流程，熟悉了采用先進先出的原材料出庫流程

　　在此期間，每當遇到問題時，同事們都會耐心的 講解，我覺得他們很熱情，在他們身上我也學到了不少東西。請領導放心，我會盡心盡責的工作，雖然我學歷不是高，但我會努力

　　實習期間,擔當了倉管的基本職責,參與了出入庫管理、訂購管理、目視化管理、5S管理、先進先出管理和看板管理等工作活動。對每一項的理解：

　　第一：出入庫管理，見單作業(yè)，憑什么可以收發(fā)，憑什么進行收發(fā)，單據(jù)，認真核實，細心清點，當面交接，當面簽章; 認真按嚴密的程序辦事。

　　第二：訂購管理，倉管擔當部份物控職能，理解安全庫存，周轉庫存，最高存量，采購批量，嚴密跟進每一款物品的進銷存，及時提請欠料申購;一方面要保證能持續(xù)供應產線，一方面保證能降低庫存，一方面要兼顧采購周期及采購成本，找平衡，統(tǒng)計每款物料的各月領用規(guī)律，理解采購的經濟批量與周期，綜合分析好，連續(xù)關注。

　　第四：5S管理，各項現(xiàn)場管理工作的基礎，對倉庫管理一樣重要，倉庫的定點定位定量原則，就是要做好整頓工作，倉庫的物品分倉分類分管，整理好了才能分，倉庫的物品多，在接收搬運儲存交付的各類活動中，都需要一個有序整潔的工作環(huán)境，只有做好整理整頓清掃工作，才能保證這些工作的效率與質量。倉庫管理是一件長期的重復性工作，所以必須養(yǎng)成一個好習慣，天天堅持做好，日清日潔，5S的素養(yǎng)對此有非常大的幫助。

　　第五：先進先出管理，是倉庫管理的三大原則之一，不執(zhí)行先進先出易造成超期庫存，易產生物品變質，易產生工程變更的報廢風險。 執(zhí)行先進先出的辦法有色標法，雙區(qū)庫品移位法，重力法，最嚴密批次記錄臺賬追索法等。
