　　一.工作能力方面

　　1.在教學過程中始終貫徹新課程改革的教育理念。準確的理解和牢牢的把握新課程的核心理念，讓課堂走向生活，面向學生的生活世界和社會實踐。以自主，合作，探究的學習方式，讓學生參與教學，讓課堂充滿新活力。

　　2.嚴格要求學生，尊重學生，發揚教學民主，使學生學有所得，不斷提高，從而不斷提高自己的教學水平和思想覺悟，順利地完成了教育教學任務。

　　5.認真做好教學反思，做到了學習——實踐———交流———總結。并認真的做好反思記錄，記錄自己的不足之處和待提高的部分，及時的改正，使我在教學過程中能做到揚長避短，爭取一次比一次有進步，以夯實基礎。

　　我喜歡幼兒園的工作，我現在是在冰心幼兒園當一名普通的教師，可是我很開心，每天都過得很充實。現在的我在冰心幼兒園工作已經工作快兩年了。在這兩年當中我學會了很多。回望過去，有開心也有難過。

　　在剛剛進入幼兒園的時候，那時候的工作很輕松，所以沒有充實的感覺了。后來，幼兒園來了一位年輕的園長。在她的帶領下現在我們整個幼兒園都變的與眾不同，不管是教學、生活、安全工作、各個方面都很好。“每當被別人問我你在哪里工作啊？我都很自信很光榮的說我在冰心幼兒園工作。
