　　帶著問題“學(xué)”。從一名學(xué)校的學(xué)生畢業(yè)成為電力行業(yè)的設(shè)計人員已三年有余。從最開始的規(guī)范的學(xué)習(xí)，到現(xiàn)在的實際做工程項目，一路走來，深知實際工程的設(shè)計遠比書本上的知識難。俗話說，活到老，學(xué)到老，在工作中出現(xiàn)的一些問題，一些新的挑戰(zhàn)，不懂就要多學(xué)習(xí)。多看書，多請教他人。爭取早日成為一名優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計人員。

　　瞄著問題“做”。設(shè)計需要更多的耐心和細(xì)心，遇事要冷靜沉著，在出現(xiàn)問題的時候，要多動腦筋，多借鑒參考，認(rèn)真仔細(xì)去協(xié)調(diào)，努力找出最佳解決方案。沒有做不到，只有想不到。

　　不知不覺中，一個月的時光又悄悄溜走了。我們每個人又在崗位上做了這么長時間。在這新的一個月中，我們又有了新的改變。

　　我有兩個職務(wù)——一個是領(lǐng)頭羊?qū)W習(xí)班長，另一個是專項承包負(fù)責(zé)同學(xué)們的演講。但在這兩個崗位上，卻擁有截然不同的感受。

　　當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)班長，我可謂是初來乍到。雖說是從一開學(xué)就追著這個職位不放，追上了才發(fā)現(xiàn)不是那么簡單。每天，都有各科老師各科課代表的各種各樣的分?jǐn)?shù)等著往學(xué)分表上謄抄，必須每天都要記住。還有一些課代表不把分?jǐn)?shù)往這里報，必須死纏爛打的去要……索性大多時候都是資格比較老的幼鄰在干這些活兒，所以我還是比較輕松的。但我這個人是個稍微有點神經(jīng)大條的人，有時候、尤其在事情很多的時候會患“間歇性失憶癥”，有些很重要的事情總是會被我一拍腦袋忘的一干二凈，事后在崔老師的催促下才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的疏忽，只能暗自吐舌頭在心里罵自己了……這一點，也是我下一個月要努力改正的方向吶!

　　至于負(fù)責(zé)同學(xué)們演講的這個職務(wù)，我有時都覺得都不是我在為大家服務(wù)，而是大家在培育我——因為我自己從這項職務(wù)中可謂獲益匪淺。因為是我點評，所以我決不會像下面竊竊私語的同學(xué)那般不用心。我總會安安靜靜、仔仔細(xì)細(xì)的聽好演講者說的每一個字，也能看出同學(xué)們的演講各有什么優(yōu)缺點，這樣就練出了“火眼金睛”。我不僅提高了點評演講的能力，久而久之便能“擇其善者而從之，其不善者而改之”，這一點對提高我自己的演講水平也是非常重要的。

　　可以說，無論哪項工作，我最起碼都能說自己還能讓人滿意。但我還在成長的道路上，我會從承包工作中學(xué)到更多，也會把承包工作做得更好!
