　　(一)學情分析

　　我校是一所創立時光不長的三星級高中，招收的學生大多是全區20__名之后的學生，本屆學生中考錄取線為563分，640分以上的學生僅有5人。本屆高三經過調整有17個班(包括兩個藝術班)，10個普通班，5個實驗班。學生進入高三時英語學習狀況并不夢想，期初學清調研考試也暴露出很多問題，如基礎知識不扎實，語言運用本事差，閱讀與完形的失分現象普遍，書面表達得分低、本事差，并且存在通篇簡單句甚至是漢式英語堆砌的現象。所以從高三一開始，我們就認真分析學情，從基礎抓起，一步一個腳印，直到本次一模考試，才見到不少學生開始有明顯的提高。

　　(二)經驗總結

　　1。發揮備課組團體智慧

　　我們學校高三語數外實行雙備課組長制度，有上屆高三留任教師和高二升高三教師共同擔任。兩者互補、互商，分工協作。我們深知一個有戰斗力的備課組必須要有凝聚力，所以全組成員一開始就達成共識，不單打獨斗，必須要齊心協力，團結合作。我們不讓團體備課流于形式，堅持每周的團體研討，從模塊重點語言知識的確立到練習的篩選無不經過大家討論得出;堅持每隔一周分專題開課，在上學期我們分別開了單選策略、完形填空、閱讀理解、任務型閱讀以及書面表達等數個專題;我們還推行組內“同課異構”活動，全組聽課，認真點評得失，同時安排調整好下階段的教學。備課組做到分層統一進度、導學案及練習，并且劃分任務落實到人頭，認真審核不走過場。

　　2)著眼高考有序教學

　　我們備課組的全體教師能夠認真研讀考試說明，立足高考題型、知識體系開展教學任務。

　　我們針對本屆學生的認知水平和特點，對九、十模塊教材資料進行了重組整合。高三新授課以閱讀為主，幫忙學生分析篇章結構、主旨大意、作者寫作意圖等，培養學生分析、理解及解決問題的本事。針對高考詞匯及語言點的教學，更注重以舊帶新，歸納總結，即除了講解新詞匯及語言點的用法外，還總結之前學過的相同或類似的表達法。根據《高考3500詞匯》，把詞匯復習穿插在高三新課教學之中，以加大對詞匯檢查的力度，并堅持幾乎每一天聽寫，有默必批，有批必評。我們分工把詞匯手冊按50個詞一組打印默寫紙，并且250個一組循環重默，幫忙學生克服遺忘，記住詞匯，盡最大努力夯實學生基礎。

　　我們在上學期完成了所有語法項目的復習。做到點點清，點線面結合，并在平時的練習中反復鞏固。可是部分學生依然掌握不好，在做題時張冠李戴，下學期將繼續穿插語法訓練，異常是長題干的語法題型，幫忙其提升本事。

　　上學期我們完成了模塊一、二的復習，我們使用“3+2”材料進行基礎語言點的復習，配合英語周報進行鞏固訓練。并且堅持每個模塊語言知識點的背誦默寫，由教師專人負責出檢測試卷。同時各班級依據學校的小組合作學習要求，進行組內互助，互相檢測監督。

　　我是一名農村中學的英語教師，對英語教學感受較多，經過幾年教學我發現，教這門與中國農村現實不大相符的科目，困難很多，壓力很大。目前農村英語教學現狀是“費時多，收效低”，就其原因我認為原因主要集中在以下幾方面：班級人數過多，沒有英語基礎，家長重視不足。下頭我將就自我在教學方面遇到的這些問題及解決方法談一下自我的觀點。

　　一、班級人數過多的不利影響。

　　首先，農村中學由于時空環境、意識等因素的影響，每個年級的學生都來自不一樣的小學，不一樣的家庭。有著不一樣的家庭背景和不一樣的社會影響及個性心理等特征。這必然構成他們多方面的差異：如智力差異、情感差異、素質差異，興趣差異等。這些差異給教學造成了諸多困難。更何況現行的教材里面的好多資料，農村里的孩子是沒有任何經驗和感性基礎的。

　　其次，訓練機會少。由于班級人數多，教師也往往只是和部分學生進行交流，這尤其不利于教師了解學生或對學生進行有針對性的個別輔導。如英語教師在課堂上為了不耽誤時光，大多情景下只是提問一些成績好的學生，課堂上對話表演的志愿者也大多總是那些活躍的進取分子。而那些自卑的，性格內向的學生或成績暫時靠后的學生很少被點到。這個問題對英語教學影響十分大，因為在母語不是英語的國度來說，課堂是學生進行交際和訓練的唯一場合，如果在課堂上都沒有機會的話，那又從什么地方期望提高交際本事呢?

　　再次，教學秩序難以維護。大班在課堂秩序方面出現的問題比正常班的要多。教師們常常發現學生們難以控制，尤其是義務教育階段的中小學教育，由于孩子們普遍年齡小，比較好動，注意力容易分散等等，所以在課堂上總會有學生亂講話或不參與活動，總會出現這樣或那樣的意外事件。教師在課堂上的將近三分之一的時光用來維護和管理教學秩序了。

　　二、沒有英語基礎，提高難度大。

　　學生剛開始學英語時，興趣很濃，愉快地歌唱，盡情地游戲，使學生們樂此不疲。喧鬧后，教師強行要求學生堅持安靜，學生的興奮點被抑制，久而久之，學生就失去了參與課堂活動的熱情。另外，教師對英語課堂常規制度的忽視，也影響著學生學習的進取性。教師在課堂上往往注重完成教學資料，而忽視課堂常規的建立，學生上課不專心聽講，課后不復習，作業不完成。長此以往，隨著學習難度的增強，學生學習成績日益下降，學習英語的進取性日益減退，甚至出現厭學情緒。

　　三、家長重視不足。

　　經過幾年的教學我發現：大部分的家長認為英語很重要，但大部分的家長沒有詢問孩子英語學習情景，更不用說參加英語課外輔導，所以也就很少關注學生的英語學習。實際上家庭教育是教育的重要組成部分，對學生的成長起著潛移默化的作用。不利的家庭環境對學生的性格和學習態度都會產生負面影響。在農村的大部分家長文化程度不高，他們中有一些家長對孩子的英語學習不太重視，即使他們重視也基本無力指導子女的英語學習。所以，當學生在家里遇到問題或者有不會做的題時，只能“擱淺”，久而久之，問題堆積如山，學習就寸步難行了。

　　針對以上情景，結合當前農村的教學實際，我總結了以下幾方面的應對策略：

　　1、應對全班學生，重視差異教學。

　　我們平時所應對的現實情景是：復雜的學生來源，參差不齊的學業水平。然而我們的教學目標是按班級平均水平要求“齊步走”，這便造成先進生不能冒尖，后進生也未能轉化，教學成績始終平平的現象。為了避免此類情景，我們教學當中應為先進生和后進生擬定不一樣層次的教案，要善于引導先進生擴大知識面，創造性地使用所有知識，提高語言本事。對后進生則要他不斷提高，有所追求，并幫忙他們尋找差距的原因和克服辦法，不失時機地捕捉后進生的點滴成績和閃光點。哪怕多記一個單詞都予以肯定、表揚、增強信心。比如，教師在上對話課時，總的目的讓學生掌握話題功能，能夠在真實的語境中運用。但對不一樣的學生要求不一樣：先進生學習對話時讓他們自我創設情景實踐;中間的學生給他們供給必須的情景進行實踐練習;后進生只要求把課文中的對話掌握就夠了。閱讀教學也能夠如此進行，讓先進生閱讀較長的，生詞偏多的文章;中間學生閱讀與自我水平相當的文章本事;后進生閱讀一些較容易的文章。使他們的閱讀在不一樣層次上得到提高。還有寫作教學等都能夠針對不一樣的學生調整教學資料。在一個五六十人的班級里，既使教師一堂課發生五六十次的師生對話，每個學生也只能有一次機會。然而如果給學生5分鐘的小組活動

　　英語教師與學生家長建立協調、融洽的人際關系，與家長在英語學習上的認識達成一致，并在教學中互相配合是學生學好英語的重要保證。然而學生家長對英語學習的認識，學生學習態度，學習方式方法上與教師存在著較大差異，異常是在農村家長中，這種差異更加明顯。所以，我們英語教師應主動向家長介紹英語學習目的、學習資料，反映學生學習英語的情景。使家長了解英語，了解學生學習英語的狀況，配合教師共同教好英語。教師主動與家長聯系的同時，還應吸引家長參與教育過程，加強家校互動。如英語教學向家長開放，聘請家長擔任英語角志愿輔導員。又如英語教師可給學生布置“教爸爸媽媽爺爺奶奶學英語單詞，說英語句子”等家庭作業，將學校的“英語課堂”延伸到“家庭課堂”，這樣在與家長“聯系”和“互動”的過程中，幫忙家長認識小學英語，并共同促進學生學好英語。

　　學無止境，教無定法，對農村大多數的學生來說，學英語是很枯燥的。但只要作出努力，定能找到最夢想最適合農村學生的教學方法，農村孩子也會學好英語，也會培養出英語人才。
