一、思想方面
俗話說：“活到老，學(xué)到老”，本人一直在各方面嚴(yán)格要求自己，努力地提高自己，以便使自己更快地適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的形勢。
二、教育工作方面
在教學(xué)工作方面為了把自己的教學(xué)水平提高，我堅(jiān)持經(jīng)�？唇逃龝�，還經(jīng)常網(wǎng)上找一些優(yōu)秀的教案課件學(xué)習(xí)，還爭取機(jī)會(huì)多出外聽課，從中學(xué)習(xí)別人的長處，領(lǐng)悟其中的教學(xué)藝術(shù)。平時(shí)還虛心請教有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師。
在備課過程中認(rèn)真分析教材，根據(jù)教材的特點(diǎn)及學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)教案。一學(xué)期來，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課、聽課、評(píng)課，廣泛收集學(xué)習(xí)各種知識(shí)，形成比較完整的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，發(fā)揚(yáng)教學(xué)民主，使學(xué)生學(xué)有所得，不斷提高，從而不斷提高自己的教學(xué)水平和思想覺悟，并順利完成教育教學(xué)任務(wù)。
三、個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)
積極學(xué)習(xí)各種教育理論，以充實(shí)自己，以便在工作中以堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論作為指導(dǎo)，更好地進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)。積極進(jìn)行學(xué)歷進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)，爭取一年之內(nèi)拿下本科。我還利用業(yè)余時(shí)間認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)制作多媒體課件，為教學(xué)服務(wù)，也積極撰寫教育教學(xué)論文。
