　　main responsibilities:

　　主要職責：

　　product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes， making orders， returns， ranges， invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. also responsible for fitting alarms， fitting garments on hangers， folding， stacking， replacing， attending to alterations and orders， and carrying out the inventory for the section.

　　產品管理：根據顧客的偏好調整商品的系列和種類、商品陳列順序和區域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫房陳列管理、商品轉移管理以及協助銷售數據管理等。

　　image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section.

　　形象管理：產品陳列及店鋪的形象管理。

　　personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables， holidays， sales periods and bank holidays.

　　員工管理：協助經理為員工安排工作；培訓并激勵分管區域的員工；協助經理進行團隊工作時間/休假安排。

　　崗位職責:

　　1、2年以上epon/gpon終端產品hgu的研發測試經驗。

　　2、至少8個省級以上成功交付的isp的集采測試經歷。

　　3、對ieee 802.3ah/itu-t g.988/mld/ipv6/tr-069/tcp/ip等協議有很深的理解。

　　關鍵專業知識和技能(按重要程度由強到弱填寫) :

　　1、具備清晰、完善的軟件工程測試理論。

　　2、熟悉光纖寬帶接入產品的`技術形態。

　　3、深度挖掘和快速定位bug的能力。

　　4、熟悉通信原理、計算機網絡和linux。

　　任職要求：

　　1.熟悉gpon網關架構，有兩年或兩年以上網關開發經驗

　　2.熟悉omci協議，有omci相關開發，調試經驗

　　3.熟悉tcp/ip，802.11n， 802.11ac，802.1ax等網絡協議

　　4.精通c語言以及其他網關類嵌入式開發所需語言

　　5.有責任心，能夠配合項目開發進度要求，調整工作節奏

　　6.能夠流暢的與客戶用英語進行技術交流

　　崗位職責：

　　1.負責gpon網關的.軟件開發，調試

　　2.負責與gpon olt omci相關功能的實現或問題解決

　　3.現場調試和解決問題
