一、建立良好的師生關(guān)系，做一名學(xué)生喜歡的英語老師。
英語教學(xué)中，在學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的過程中，他們需要知識(shí)，更需要被關(guān)愛。關(guān)愛既是一種情感，也是一份責(zé)任。作為一名英語老師，除了要擁有精湛的業(yè)務(wù)水平、敬業(yè)的精神和全面的知識(shí)，更重要的是要像對(duì)待自己孩子一樣去愛護(hù)學(xué)生。人與人之間的情感是相互的，雖然學(xué)生們年紀(jì)還小，但他們心里都有一顆敏感而真誠(chéng)的心。只要我們真心地關(guān)心他們，他們一定會(huì)用令人驚喜的回報(bào)來回應(yīng)我們。“深摯的師生情誼讓學(xué)生對(duì)你產(chǎn)生信任，并愿意跟隨你的引導(dǎo)前進(jìn)。” 只有讓學(xué)生喜歡我們，他們才會(huì)信任我們，并朝著我們指引的方向發(fā)展。
多年來我在英語教學(xué)中積累了豐富的`經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不僅能夠激勵(lì)自卑的學(xué)生，指導(dǎo)后進(jìn)的學(xué)生，啟示自負(fù)的學(xué)生，還能發(fā)現(xiàn)特殊的學(xué)生并為他們提供專門的服務(wù)。我對(duì)每一個(gè)學(xué)生都充滿關(guān)懷和關(guān)注，用心與他們進(jìn)行交流。我用愛和溫暖來撫慰他們的心靈，致力于建立師生平等、和諧相處的關(guān)系，共同進(jìn)步，打造一個(gè)溫馨的學(xué)習(xí)家園。
二、狠抓英語課堂教學(xué)，構(gòu)建“和諧高效、思維對(duì)話”型英語課堂。
現(xiàn)在正處于應(yīng)試教育向素質(zhì)教育轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期，既要求減輕負(fù)擔(dān)，又要求提高教育質(zhì)量，這就要求我必須在英語課堂上下功夫，提高英語課堂教學(xué)效率，我通常注重以下幾個(gè)方面：
1、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。
大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括三方面，備教材、備學(xué)生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學(xué)習(xí)資料及以往的相應(yīng)試題，對(duì)于哪些是重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，哪些知識(shí)點(diǎn)擴(kuò)展到什么程度，會(huì)以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學(xué)生，就是要了解學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)、接受能力、知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備情況，這樣可以避免起點(diǎn)太高，學(xué)生聽不懂，或起點(diǎn)太低，學(xué)生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級(jí)每個(gè)班學(xué)生特點(diǎn)各不相同，所以我非常注重仔細(xì)研究學(xué)生，采取適合學(xué)生的方法導(dǎo)入新課，用學(xué)生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學(xué)生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動(dòng)。
2、用激情帶動(dòng)學(xué)生，煥發(fā)英語課堂活力。
我希望在充分準(zhǔn)備好的基礎(chǔ)上，每當(dāng)走進(jìn)教室時(shí)都能充滿熱情。哪怕身體不舒服，心里煩惱，一站到講臺(tái)前，我都會(huì)帶著微笑，精力充沛地面對(duì)學(xué)生們。我會(huì)充滿激情地講課，抑揚(yáng)頓挫，因?yàn)榭鞓返那榫w是可以傳染的。如果我能將愉快的情緒和積極的心態(tài)傳遞給學(xué)生們，他們的英語學(xué)習(xí)效率可能會(huì)大大提高。
3、關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生，提高課堂凝聚力。
講課時(shí)，我的視線遍布每個(gè)角落，始終用眼光愛撫每個(gè)學(xué)生，學(xué)生的每個(gè)動(dòng)作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛，并且與學(xué)生進(jìn)行眼神的交流，久而久之，每個(gè)學(xué)生都會(huì)感到老師一直在關(guān)注我，從而使他們集中注意力，認(rèn)真聽講。
4、精講多練，提高英語課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中時(shí)間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴，一支筆，從上課講到下課。”的教學(xué)模式，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限的，對(duì)于重難點(diǎn)的知識(shí)，我會(huì)根據(jù)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)細(xì)致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點(diǎn)，練一點(diǎn)，講練結(jié)合，讓大多數(shù)學(xué)生都能跟上，參與活動(dòng)。講得太粗太快，學(xué)生跟不上，學(xué)不會(huì)，久而久之，就會(huì)慢慢失去學(xué)習(xí)興趣。俗話說“莊稼齊了才打糧”，只照顧尖子生，不符合素質(zhì)教育的理念。一定要面向全體學(xué)生，才會(huì)取得良好的英語教學(xué)效果。

Sandstorm is a kind of bad weather witch is becoming increasingly common in Northwestern China, and it usually happens in spring and fall. Though I'm only 13, I have experienced it and suffered from it quite a lot.
I'm sure most people still remember the sandstorm that happened last month. It swept across the large area of 11 provinces and caused a great loss to our nation.
As you can see on TV, when a sandstorm comes, the wind blows strongly with dust and sand. Sometimes trees are even broken down in half, and little birds cannot find their homes. Sometimes clouds of dust blur the vision, and little kids cannot find their ways. It's like the end of the world.
When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.
Though it's a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.
In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.
!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel
of your car, drive on, and reach your destination.

i have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. they are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! how do they do that!? my grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! i guess that is why they can remain healthy. more importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. my grandmother once told me this:” i do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. i want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday i make the same wish. i wish my parents will not fight anymore. i am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! i am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. they do! they love me with all their heart. i love my parents also; i want them to live a happy life as well.
i want to travel this great country of ours. i want to see the beauty of our country. i want to see the miracles that made this country great! i want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! i have a dream, that one day i can travel and see my country with my family and friends! if that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. if i can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then god can take me away. i would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

Having fun
When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?
As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.
Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.
Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

The content that i will give a lecture today is still about the subject that's unchanged since ancient times to now days， which is friendship. There have been thousands of explanations as for the word "friend",but i resolutely think that there is the best definition to explain it,which is trust. the story that i read recently makes my idea firm.
It happened in italy four centuries b.c. A young man named pi sia was sentenced to death, because of having offended the tyrant. pi sia was a filial son,and he asked to see his old mother before death. The king promised him, but set down the condition that he must find another person to be in prison instead of him. The condition was so critical that it was almost impossible to be realized. But pi sia did find such a man, who was his friend named dameng. Then pi sia went home to bid farewell with mother as he wished.
Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.
It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.
This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. 1、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。
大家都曉得，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括備課標(biāo)、備教材、備學(xué)生、備教法，備學(xué)法。教師要根據(jù)課程尺度請(qǐng)求，當(dāng)真鉆研教材，借助有關(guān)資料，了解、分析和掌握學(xué)生研究的立場(chǎng)、方法、能力和研究中存在的困難；選擇最佳教學(xué)策略，確立合理的課堂教學(xué)模式，制定具體的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，達(dá)到教學(xué)進(jìn)程的最優(yōu)化組合，有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生當(dāng)堂掌握常識(shí)。看課程標(biāo)標(biāo)使我明白了課程的總目標(biāo)，也深入的理解了英語課程的工具性與人文性的統(tǒng)一，明白了英語教學(xué)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們初步的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的基礎(chǔ)上，還肩負(fù)著促進(jìn)心智成熟，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)的重任，為教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)指明了方向。備教材，上課前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、研究資料及以往的相招考題，對(duì)于哪些是重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，哪些常識(shí)點(diǎn)擴(kuò)展到什么水平，會(huì)以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學(xué)生，就是要了解學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)、接受能力、常識(shí)儲(chǔ)備情況，這樣可以免起點(diǎn)太高，學(xué)生聽不懂，或起點(diǎn)太低，學(xué)生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級(jí)每個(gè)班學(xué)生特點(diǎn)各不相同，所以要注重仔細(xì)研究學(xué)生，采納適合學(xué)生的方法導(dǎo)入新課，用學(xué)生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學(xué)生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動(dòng)。

我請(qǐng)求自己在備好課的基礎(chǔ)上，每節(jié)課都滿懷熱忱地走進(jìn)教室，哪怕身材不適、滿心煩惱，在站上講臺(tái)，面向?qū)W生的那一刻，我都市面帶笑臉，因?yàn)榭鞓返那楦锌梢詡魅荆偃缒惆芽鞓返那楦小⒎e極地心態(tài)傳染給學(xué)生，他的研究效力可能會(huì)成倍增長(zhǎng)。
3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。假如仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學(xué)模式，就會(huì)呈現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念請(qǐng)求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對(duì)于重難點(diǎn)的常識(shí)，根據(jù)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)細(xì)致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點(diǎn)，練一點(diǎn)，講練結(jié)合，讓大多半學(xué)生都能跟上，參與活動(dòng)。講得太粗太快，學(xué)生跟不上，學(xué)不會(huì)，久而久之，就會(huì)慢慢失去研究興趣。
4、教法靈活，降低研究難度。
英語學(xué)科知識(shí)點(diǎn)多而雜，致使部分學(xué)生因記不住而失去興趣。我會(huì)經(jīng)常用各種靈活的活動(dòng)幫助他們記憶，使學(xué)生輕松的掌握知識(shí)，提高興趣。比如在初一教音標(biāo)時(shí)，我用一個(gè)小故事把十二個(gè)單元音音素連起來，易于他們記憶，還有二十一個(gè)輔音字母的發(fā)音我也編了與發(fā)音相匹的動(dòng)作幫助他們記憶。研究詞匯eye時(shí)，用聯(lián)想法可以幫助他們記憶，也可用諧音教學(xué)door，告訴學(xué)生門是用來防盜的，所以墳?zāi)沟囊馑迹l(fā)音是土墓，再比如umbrella諧音像俺不來了，因?yàn)橄掠隂]傘。教學(xué)語法時(shí)，比如時(shí)態(tài)的教學(xué)，可以把幾大時(shí)態(tài)的構(gòu)成及用法比較對(duì)比研究，比較級(jí)最高級(jí)的教學(xué)，用實(shí)物或班里的同學(xué)設(shè)置真實(shí)的語境，操練句型。運(yùn)用靈活的教學(xué)方法，可以降低研究的難度，激發(fā)學(xué)生們研究的興趣。
三、經(jīng)常查缺補(bǔ)漏，及時(shí)抓弱補(bǔ)偏

四、對(duì)教師的理解
1、教師首先是教誨者，其次才是教學(xué)者。
2、教師要自我發(fā)展。北京的培訓(xùn)真正讓我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。無論是大學(xué)教授還是一線教師，都即是理論專家，又是實(shí)踐高手。他們的秘訣就是要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，要與學(xué)生同步。和老師已到退休年齡還每天寫反思，聽英文廣播，每周看一本與教學(xué)有關(guān)的書籍。
3、教師要協(xié)作發(fā)展。靠教師一人的力量很難辦理一些教學(xué)中的實(shí)際困難。一個(gè)學(xué)校優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)背后一定有一個(gè)連合協(xié)作和具有科研立異精神的團(tuán)隊(duì)。單打獨(dú)斗無法創(chuàng)造一個(gè)學(xué)科的輝煌。

At once I went to him and said “Uncle , you can’t do like this . These things will rot very soon. Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges .At the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world.
Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! Unfortunately, they ignore the importance of the inner factors.
Everybody in the world needs to examine himself critically, everybody has to learn to be tolerant and generous. You won't think the world is splendid unless you change your attitude first.

3 my definition of success
“once upon a time， there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. to all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. one day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." well, you know the rest. the three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.
and the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "and they live happily every after."
why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

okay, number two: go to the wilderness. be like buddha, have your own revelations. i'm not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, but i am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often.
number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.
so i wish you the best of all possible journeys and the courage to speak softly.
