今天面對在坐的各位經驗豐富、優秀的老師,教學經驗談不上，只想把我在日常教學工作中的一些體會與大家一起分享，如果有說的不好的地方，還請各位多提寶貴意見。
從大學畢業到現在我已走上講臺整整七年，而在過去的七年當中讓我進步最快的就是上個學期。在上個學期，為提高課堂教學效率，打造高效課堂，切實落實“五步短動式教學法”在課堂中的運用，我前后共上了六節公開課。通過反復的實踐，使我的教學觀念有了一個巨大的轉變，對“五步短動式教學法”有了更深的理解，將“五步短動式教學法”融入到每節課中，盡可能地發揮學生的主體地位，盡可能地創設和諧、民主、寬松的教學環境，讓學生真正成為課堂的主人。下面介紹一下我在教學中的幾點做法。
一、轉變課堂教學模式
有人認為歷史是一門老師好教、學生好學的學科。對于學生來說，不需要有什么基礎，只要認真學習就不會有太大的問題。但是在現實教學中我所面臨的問題是：有的學生不愛學，學的不認真、不積極，惰性極強。面對這種情況，我在上課時靈活運用“五步短動式教學法”，將課堂分解為“看一看”、“說一說”、“聽一聽”、“議一議”、“練一練”五個環節，穿插于整節課,使師生之間一直處于互動狀態，盡量提高學生注意力。敢于放手，注意培養學生的各方面能力，把大部分的講授時間交還給學生使用,發揮學生的主體作用。在課堂上不
為了能夠給所有學生提供平等的學習機會，我們特別注重創造條件和機會，讓那些遇到學習困難的學生有更多參與課堂學習的機會。我們致力于幫助他們重新獲得自信，并嘗試成功后所帶來的喜悅，從而再次點燃他們對學習的興趣。
二、小組評價機制滲透到課堂內外
課堂上組織學生以學習小組為單位參與學習，回答問題即可得到相應的'分數，然后把分數統計作為評選“優秀小組”的依據。尤其對一些學困生，我往往采用學困生答對問題加雙倍分，幫助他們樹立自信心，不放棄學習。利用小組評價機制也打破了課堂沉悶、死板的狀態，激發了學生主動學習的熱情。我還把小組評價機制沿用到課后的作業和知識點背誦的檢查中。在作業中，書寫工整、規范并且及時改錯的就給予加分;而對于那些不認真完成作業、不及時改錯的就減分，并鼓勵他們在課堂上通過積極參與課堂將因為自己所丟的分數賺回來。在知識點背誦的檢查中，凡是按照老師要求全組同學都背誦完的就給予加分，班上第一個背誦完的小組給予雙倍加分。大大提升了學生學習的積極性。通過一個學期的實踐，證明小組評價機制的運用是行之有效的。
三、重視學生興趣的培養
“愛好是最好的導師”，沒有興趣，學習就會成為負擔。有了興趣，學習就成為一種需求，就學得輕松愉快，動力無窮。歷史課是一門非常有趣的科目，一節優秀的歷史課應該設法將生動、鮮活的歷史呈現在學生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌輸和強迫學生死記那些歷史知識。在我進行歷史教學時，經常運用多媒體教學手段，播放一些紀錄片、電影資料或相關的歌曲，創造歷史情境，讓學生置身其中，激發他們對歷史的學習興趣。例如，在講授《鄭和下西洋》時，我播放了一段紀錄片資料，不需要深入解釋，學生就能理解這個部分的主要內容。在講授《蒙古的建立及元朝的統一》中的“行省制”時，通過課件演示將抽象的內容具體化，調動學生的各種感觀，加強對知識的掌握。學生對歷史產生了興趣，課堂上所講的知識會更加深刻，提高了學習效果。
四、構建歷史知識體系
構建歷史知識體系有助于厘清歷史知識的線索，使其更具系統性和條理性，從而提升學生的學習成績。因此，在我講授新課時，我非常注重與舊知識點的關聯，并重視引導學生構建自己的“歷史知識體系”，力求讓他們形成每一課、每一個單元以及整本書的獨特的知識體系。這樣，在復習時，學生的思路將更加清晰明了，能夠節省大量時間，顯著提高學習效率。
在過去的教育教學工作中，我發現自己存在諸多不足之處。然而，在未來的教學中，我將堅持不斷努力和探索，積累寶貴經驗，以進一步提升我的教學水平，幫助學生成績更上一層樓。感謝大家！

很榮幸有這樣的機會和大家一起探討英語教學。在上級領導的關懷和支持下，我校在英語教學方面逐步加大改革步伐，提高英語教學質量，通過師生的不懈努力已初見成效。下向大家交流幾點我們學校的做法，有哪些缺點與不足之處，請給予指正，以便我們在今后的教學中加以改進和提高。
一、注重預習。
“預習”是一種良好的學習習慣，是課堂教學中的重要環節。它作為學習過程的起始階段，是培養學生自學能力的重要途徑，在提高學習效率方面有著重要的作用。它不僅能幫學生“學會”知識，更能幫助學生“會學”知識。做好預習工作，功在課外，利在課內。我們有以下幾個環節：
1、布置預習作業。
在寒暑假來臨之前，學校要求每位教師給學生特別布置假期預習作業。為了使預習有章可循，教師列出預習提綱，分發給每個學生。針對預習內容，教師必須提出明確的預習要求。而且預習要求必須合理，正確，有可操作性。我們給學生布置了預習前三單元的內容，具體到哪一天預習哪幾頁單詞，背會哪部分對話，掌握哪幾個句型，理解哪項語法內容。此外，每日摘抄一句英語諺語，兩天一篇閱讀理解，五天一篇英語練筆（小作文）。
2、指導預習方法。
針對不同的教學內容指導學生選用合適的預習方法，通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網絡學習、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學習。例如：會話練習可以采用查一查，補一補，說一說的方法；句型練習可以采用找一找，歸一歸，比一比的方法；閱讀練習可以采用劃一劃，查一查，寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚，只供一餐，授之以漁，可享一生。”只要堅持運用科學的方法培養學生的預習習慣，學生們一定會學會預習，運用預習，學會學習，為他們的終身學習奠下良好的基礎.
3、爭取得到家長的配合。
為了學生在假期期間更好地完成預習作業，使預習作業更有成效，我們學校在放假前特意召開了家長會，把學校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流，期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明，我們得到了很多家長的配合。
4、檢查預習效果。
檢查學生預習是否到位，存在有哪些問題，以便今后教學做到有的放矢。開學的第二天，我們學校就組織了各科的預習考試。成績上報學校，并作出效果分析。由于我們英語學科的特點，初二學生在預習單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好，但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。
二、抓好教研組建設。
學校是一個大群體，而教研組是一個小群體，教師是這個群體中的成員，我們每位教師的成長與發展都離不開這個群體。我校在抓教研組建設方面工作做得扎實，有條不紊，為每位教師的發展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動，要求人人過關。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題，重視對學生學習習慣培養的研究，和對學生自主學習意識培養的研究。通過教研活動，使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高，人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的，實現了教師之間，同伴之間的團結協作。一個人有困難時，大家都來幫助，讓她從困境中走出，不斷發展自己，提高自己，身處在這樣一個教師群體中，我深感榮幸。
三、加強備課組的集體備課。
集體備課是發揮群體優勢，提高備課質量的重要途徑，也是落實教學常規，提高課堂教學效率的.必要措施。我校很重視英語教研，特別安排了主抓教學的劉校長下組監督指導，使活動有計劃、有目標、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課，研究教學內容，研究學生，進度，研究教學方法，安排及教學資料做到一致。我們每周至少活動一次，時間固定，有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發言人，定活動的主題，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切實解決教學中的一些問題，努力提高課堂教學質量，完善教學，規范我們的教學行為，向課堂40分鐘要質量。
四、培養學生自主探究學習的能力。
本學年我們學校一直倡導培養學生自主探究學習的能力。要求教學要以學生為主體，轉變角色，成為學生學習的引導者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學”，即教師少講，學生多學。堅持放手原則：凡是學生能讀的就讓學生讀，凡是學生能說的就讓學生說，凡是學生能想的就讓學生想，凡是學生能討論的就讓學生討論，凡是學生能寫的就讓學生寫，凡是學生能做的就讓學生做。給學生自學時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習時間。在教學中，我們鼓勵學生嘗試地交流、討論、質疑、解惑；把問的權利交給學生，把講的機會讓給學生，讓學生參與到知識形成的過程中，并從中感受到“參與之樂，思維之趣，成功之悅”。
我們知道“學源于思，思源于疑”，學生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始，又在解決問題中得到發展。教學過程中學生如果能在教師創設的情境下，自己動腦思考，動口表達，將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創設情境、明確目標，其次呈現問題、啟發誘導，然后讓學生先自主探究、設疑質疑，再合作探究、解惑釋疑，最后對學生的活動加以評價，使學生活動的過程更規范化，在活動中該做什么，而不該做什么，逐步滲透到學生的腦海里。每節課盡可能給予學生自主學習的時間和空間，讓他們自主學習，培養他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學習習慣，提高他們的思維能力，真正使學生好學、樂學、會學，從而形成一種生動活潑輕松的學習局面。
盡管以往的教育教學工作取得了一些進步，得到了領導和家長們的認可，學生的學習方法，學習習慣和自主學習能力有了一定提高，一部分學生的學習興趣也得以鞏固和加強。但是，客觀地分析了學生的成績的各個方面，我深深地感覺到自身工作中還存在許多不足。例如：學生成績的兩極分化現象；相當一部分學生的英語學習興趣還有待于進一步的保鮮和鞏固；一些學生的基本學習習慣、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加強指導。另外，回首自身教學工作的各個方面，在常規教學的備課方面還存在不足，講課方面也還不夠靈活機動。以后的教學工作將帶著這些問題有針對性地開展。

Honesty
Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let's be honest people of good moral character.

The content that i will give a lecture today is still about the subject that's unchanged since ancient times to now days， which is friendship. There have been thousands of explanations as for the word "friend",but i resolutely think that there is the best definition to explain it,which is trust. the story that i read recently makes my idea firm.
It happened in italy four centuries b.c. A young man named pi sia was sentenced to death, because of having offended the tyrant. pi sia was a filial son,and he asked to see his old mother before death. The king promised him, but set down the condition that he must find another person to be in prison instead of him. The condition was so critical that it was almost impossible to be realized. But pi sia did find such a man, who was his friend named dameng. Then pi sia went home to bid farewell with mother as he wished.
Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.
It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.
This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. This depended on the strength of trust.
This is a true story that is enough to shock everyone. especially to contemporary people who are surrounded by the benefit of themselves，it is more worth of pondering. friendship is the precious deposits of the human world and the coordinate of life，and it may keep the flowers of heart fresh and sweet forever. a true friend is large treasure of your whole life. when you are downhearted，they may encourage you to do all to catch up with the others， and when you are proud of yourself，they may remind you of keeping a clear head with sincere advice.

In fact friendship will not die out, but people do not know to value it .the famous writer bi shumin once said in a piece of paper， " there is only one fruit in the tree of friendship，which is trust." friendship is a kind of nutrition for people that is the most simple and the most luxurious at the same time，which needs irrigating with trust and true feelings. it is just like the flower living in the comfortable hothouse. only with the attentive care，can it become more and more beautiful. in the modern and changeable age， we should abide by the an-cient rule, which is trust. friendship is so hard that it may exist forever as long as you treat it with heart.
Trust is one kind of precious feeling in the world. no one can buy it with money, and no one can get it by cheating or force. it comes from the innermost soul of people. just like clean spring, it washes away the dirt of common customs and makes you pure and self-confident. moreover, it can clear away the obstacles in your heart and help you gain more friend-ship.
In the real life, what will be kept in the history is not material wealth, but mutual affection being loyal-hearted. Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

一、建立優秀的師生關系，做一名學生喜歡的老師教學中，我感受最深的是，教誨進程中的教學關系是一種獨特的人與人之間的關系，這種關系的價值，遠遠超越常識傳遞的價值。”教師不是一個純真的發報機，學生不是一個純真的接收器。學生們也不是一個空罐子等著別人往里面放東西、他們是有思惟的個體，在發展進程中，需要常識，更需要關愛，關愛是一份情感，也是一份責任，人與人之間的感情是相互的，學生雖小，但他們都有著一顆敏感而真誠的心，只要你真心關愛他們，他們一定會有令你驚喜的回報。“親其師而信其道”，只有讓學生喜歡你，他們才會信任你，向著你引導的方向發展。在教學中，我們要鼓勵自卑的學生，點撥后進的.學生，暗示自負的學生，發覺特殊的學生，服務每一個學生，關愛所有的學生，用心去與學生交換，努力構建師生平等、協調的師生關系，這樣學生們才會跟隨著我們一路前行。
二、構建協調高效課堂
現在正處于應試教育向素質教育轉軌時期，既要求減輕負擔，又要求提高教育質量，這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫，提高課堂效率：
1、認真備課。
大家都曉得，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括備課標、備教材、備學生、備教法，備學法。教師要根據課程尺度請求，當真鉆研教材，借助有關資料，了解、分析和掌握學生研究的立場、方法、能力和研究中存在的困難；選擇最佳教學策略，確立合理的課堂教學模式，制定具體的教學環節，達到教學進程的最優化組合，有利于實現學生當堂掌握常識。看課程標標使我明白了課程的總目標，也深入的理解了英語課程的工具性與人文性的統一，明白了英語教學在培養學生們初步的綜合語言運用能力的基礎上，還肩負著促進心智成熟，提高綜合人文素養的重任，為教學的設計指明了方向。備教材，上課前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、研究資料及以往的相招考題，對于哪些是重點難點，哪些常識點擴展到什么水平，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、常識儲備情況，這樣可以免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同，所以要注重仔細研究學生，采納適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。
2、用激情帶動學生，煥發課堂活力。
我請求自己在備好課的基礎上，每節課都滿懷熱忱地走進教室，哪怕身材不適、滿心煩惱，在站上講臺，面向學生的那一刻，我都市面帶笑臉，因為快樂的情感可以傳染，假如你把快樂的情感、積極地心態傳染給學生，他的研究效力可能會成倍增長。
3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持續十五到二十分鐘。假如仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學模式，就會呈現“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現象。新課程理念請求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對于重難點的常識，根據學生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結合，讓大多半學生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學生跟不上，學不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去研究興趣。
4、教法靈活，降低研究難度。
英語學科知識點多而雜，致使部分學生因記不住而失去興趣。我會經常用各種靈活的活動幫助他們記憶，使學生輕松的掌握知識，提高興趣。比如在初一教音標時，我用一個小故事把十二個單元音音素連起來，易于他們記憶，還有二十一個輔音字母的發音我也編了與發音相匹的動作幫助他們記憶。研究詞匯eye時，用聯想法可以幫助他們記憶，也可用諧音教學door，告訴學生門是用來防盜的，所以墳墓的意思，發音是土墓，再比如umbrella諧音像俺不來了，因為下雨沒傘。教學語法時，比如時態的教學，可以把幾大時態的構成及用法比較對比研究，比較級最高級的教學，用實物或班里的同學設置真實的語境，操練句型。運用靈活的教學方法，可以降低研究的難度，激發學生們研究的興趣。
三、經常查缺補漏，及時抓弱補偏
在提高課堂效力的基礎上，還要指點、督促學生搞好課外復，防止常識的忘記，并經常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發覺題目，辦理題目。對于存在的題目，要有針對性的進行磨煉，并在下一步的教學中繼續加以滲透，穿插復。對于存在題目的學生，耐心講解，明確請求，基礎常識，跟蹤檢查，人人過關。組織各小組互相檢查所學基礎常識，單詞句型的聽寫背誦，用分數做好記錄，一周一統記，對背的好的同學及時評價鼓勵，對學困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓勵性語言，調動其研究積極性。善于發覺他們的每一點進步，及時進行表揚鼓勵，一定其成績，提出進一步請求，引導他們爭取更大的進步。班里一名學生，總成績在班里十名左右，是升學的邊緣生。我一看他的成績，數理化很好，英語只有伍十幾分，于是我找他談話，給他分析了升學情況和他的現實情況，告訴他：“你只要把英語提上一點點，哪怕只考六十幾分，你就有把握考上
高中，這一年，你應該在保持數理化的優勢的基礎上，向英語方面傾斜一下，多下點功夫，雖然你基礎太差，但我向你保證，只要你這一年按我說的一步步做好，明年中考，你的成績一定會有很大的進步”。他真的很信任我，每天很努力地學，一開始他默十個單詞能錯九個，我經常鼓勵他，教給他發音規律、記單詞的方法，他的詞匯量慢慢多了起來。學短語句子時，他的困難就更大了，畢竟基礎太差，他一個完整的句子也寫不出來，看到他沮喪的樣子，我一次次地鼓勵他，并給他縮小范圍，讓他背最重點的，并在研究方法上給予指導，他就很高興的學著。月考考試結束了，他的成績有一點點起色，我看他很沮喪，又想放棄的樣子，就又找他談：“你只努力了兩個月的時間，而其他同學是積累了兩年，兩個月想補上年的知識，那是不可能的。所以，你的努力現在不能馬上見效，只要你不放棄，持之以恒，堅持到底，期末考試就會有驚喜的”。他又重新燃起了希望，艱難地努力著。每當他有一點點進步，我就及時地表揚了他，向他提出了進一步要求。他現在已經有了信心，研究勁頭更足了。如果對學困生多一些鼓勵，多一份耐心，多幾次輔導，相信總有一天，他們會有進步的，哪怕只有一點點，也是成功。
四、對教師的理解
1、教師首先是教誨者，其次才是教學者。
2、教師要自我發展。北京的培訓真正讓我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。無論是大學教授還是一線教師，都即是理論專家，又是實踐高手。他們的秘訣就是要與時俱進，要與學生同步。和老師已到退休年齡還每天寫反思，聽英文廣播，每周看一本與教學有關的書籍。
3、教師要協作發展。靠教師一人的力量很難辦理一些教學中的實際困難。一個學校優秀的成績背后一定有一個連合協作和具有科研立異精神的團隊。單打獨斗無法創造一個學科的輝煌。
我想教誨教學需要“眾人劃槳開大船”。你一個經驗，我一個經驗，就是兩個經驗；你一個方法，我一個方法，就是兩個方法。教誨資源需要共享，教學經驗需要交換，教學方法需要互學。在教學中，教研組成員假如一起探叨教學疑心，教學方法，新的教學理念，我們一定能在提高自己教學能力、自身素質的同時，共同去打造我校高效教學的新場面。

In order to make this ban come into power,we should do what we can to reduce the behavior of smoke around us.we can put up some posteres at public places to aware people this is no-somking place.Perhaps the most important ,and most easyist thing that we can do is we won't be a smoker.
It has a long and hard way to forbid somke,but I believe that if everyone follw this ban and take a googd care of their behavior,we will have a clear sky soon.
