　　i want to travel this great country of ours. i want to see the beauty of our country. i want to see the miracles that made this country great! i want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! i have a dream, that one day i can travel and see my country with my family and friends! if that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. if i can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then god can take me away. i would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

　　It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.

　　The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.

　　It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

　　Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

　　Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

　　However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

　　Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

　　一、備好課是上好課的基礎。就我個人而言，在備課時，我始終嚴格按照備教材、備教法和備學生的原則進行。同時，我充分利用備課組的優勢，積極吸取他人的經驗和教學方法。在上課之前，我盡可能地做好充分的準備，確保每一節課都“有備而去”。因為一堂有效的課程離不開老師充分的準備工作。我會認真研究教材內容，教材是教學內容的主要載體，所以每一次備課時，我都會認真閱讀、思考和理解教材，了解教材的核心思想和編寫目的，把握教材中提供的數學活動的線索，分析教材中蘊含的數學思想、方法和科學內涵，親自完成每道練習題，只有這樣才能真正領會新教材中所蘊含的教學理念，并備出高質量的教案。一般而言，我會在學生學習新課程的一周之前，先逐一完成下一章節的例題、習題、練習冊、伴你學和單元卷，然后再根據課時進行詳細備課。

　　適當的作業對學生來說是必要的。但我們不能僅僅為作業而作業，而是通 過做作業，使學生鞏固所學的知識。所以布置合適的作業是重要的。我所任教的班學生基礎相差比較大，所以采用分層次布置作業的方式，做到照顧差異。作業的重點放在鞏固所學知識的前提下，再適當提升。對基礎不夠好的同學要讓他們從基礎入手。對基礎好的同學每天布置一個有助于開拓思維的題目。總之，作業不能一概而論。對于作業的批改我一點也不敢放松，多年來的教學使我對作業有一個深刻的體會，學生的作業也是老師的作業，作業布置了學生要做，那老師也必須要批改，否則設計的作業再好也不能達到鞏固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要對學生的作業逐一進行批改，在我看來不批改就沒有發言權，可以說批改作業讓我嘗到了大大的甜頭，批改作業后再講評使講解針對性更強了，也節省了時間，只講學生出錯較多的題目更好的調動了學生聽講的積極性。剛接手這批學生時讓我最棘手的就是家庭作業問題，不能認真獨立完成應付了事抄襲現象嚴重，由于我堅持每次都批改家庭作業，及時發現問題并與學生進行交流，我們班學生的家庭作業質量有了大幅度的提高。班里有個女孩欒湉數學開始時是C類，上課回答問題積極，思維靈活，成績卻總是不太理想，通過批改作業發現，他的作業不能認真獨立的完成，于是我就與他談話告訴他作業的重要性，他知道老師發現了他的秘密，從那以后作業總是能認真獨立完成不懂的就問，數學成績有了很大的提高，現在已經經常考A。

　　做好課后輔導工作，多與學生交流

　　一、轉變課堂教學模式

　　有人認為歷史是一門老師好教、學生好學的學科。對于學生來說，不需要有什么基礎，只要認真學習就不會有太大的問題。但是在現實教學中我所面臨的問題是：有的學生不愛學，學的不認真、不積極，惰性極強。面對這種情況，我在上課時靈活運用“五步短動式教學法”，將課堂分解為“看一看”、“說一說”、“聽一聽”、“議一議”、“練一練”五個環節，穿插于整節課,使師生之間一直處于互動狀態，盡量提高學生注意力。敢于放手，注意培養學生的各方面能力，把大部分的講授時間交還給學生使用,發揮學生的主體作用。在課堂上不

　　二、小組評價機制滲透到課堂內外

　　課堂上組織學生以學習小組為單位參與學習，回答問題即可得到相應的'分數，然后把分數統計作為評選“優秀小組”的依據。尤其對一些學困生，我往往采用學困生答對問題加雙倍分，幫助他們樹立自信心，不放棄學習。利用小組評價機制也打破了課堂沉悶、死板的狀態，激發了學生主動學習的熱情。我還把小組評價機制沿用到課后的作業和知識點背誦的檢查中。在作業中，書寫工整、規范并且及時改錯的就給予加分;而對于那些不認真完成作業、不及時改錯的就減分，并鼓勵他們在課堂上通過積極參與課堂將因為自己所丟的分數賺回來。在知識點背誦的檢查中，凡是按照老師要求全組同學都背誦完的就給予加分，班上第一個背誦完的小組給予雙倍加分。大大提升了學生學習的積極性。通過一個學期的實踐，證明小組評價機制的運用是行之有效的。

　　三、重視學生興趣的培養

　　“愛好是最好的導師”，沒有興趣，學習就會成為負擔。有了興趣，學習就成為一種需求，就學得輕松愉快，動力無窮。歷史課是一門非常有趣的科目，一節優秀的歷史課應該設法將生動、鮮活的歷史呈現在學生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌輸和強迫學生死記那些歷史知識。在我進行歷史教學時，經常運用多媒體教學手段，播放一些紀錄片、電影資料或相關的歌曲，創造歷史情境，讓學生置身其中，激發他們對歷史的學習興趣。例如，在講授《鄭和下西洋》時，我播放了一段紀錄片資料，不需要深入解釋，學生就能理解這個部分的主要內容。在講授《蒙古的建立及元朝的統一》中的“行省制”時，通過課件演示將抽象的內容具體化，調動學生的各種感觀，加強對知識的掌握。學生對歷史產生了興趣，課堂上所講的知識會更加深刻，提高了學習效果。

　　2、工作要細心

　　只有關心細微之處的班主任，才能及時發現學生的點滴進步，及時給予肯定和表揚，促使學生的進步得到認可，并激發他們養成良好習慣的動力。只有關注細節的班主任，才能及時察覺學生的不良行為，并即時進行批評和教育，早期消除不良行為的苗頭。同時，也只有細心的班主任，才能制定出詳盡的規章制度，讓學生在每天、每時、每刻都有明確的行為準則和約束，使之成為他們行為的指導和依據。

　　3、工作要有耐心

　　4、把握幾個尺度。

　　一、管與放的尺度

　　作為一個班主任，管理工作應該是最重要的事情，但是需要注意到我們管理的對象是成長中的學生。在實際工作中，班主任可以負責很多方面的管理，從學生的日常行為規范、著裝，到他們的思想發展、前途規劃，以及班級的建設與發展。許多班主任都非常熱情，他們親自參與班級工作，早晚跟著學生，無所不管，有時甚至扮演著"管家"、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。這種管理方式確實有其優點，因為班主任一直跟著學生，如果擁有足夠的時間和精力，并且堅持三年如一日，班級的狀況絕對不會變差。但是這種管理方式是最沒有技術含量的，它的最大問題在于管得過多過死，容易造成學生過于依賴，創造力和獨立性差，缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明顯的表現就是，當班主任在場時，學生一個樣子，但班主任離開后，學生又是另一番模樣。這樣培養出來的學生在大學里的發展空間會受到限制。同時，這種管理方式也容易讓班主任陷入瑣事之中，導致精疲力竭，不利于他們自身的提升和發展。

　　陶行知先生主張，“教是為了引導學生自己去學習”，魏書生老師也認同“管是為了讓學生自己去管理”。從根本上說，他們的思想是要充分發揮學生在教育管理中的主體作用，實現“自我管理與指導相結合”。

　　我認為班主任在管理班級時承擔著重要的責任。具體而言，班主任需要關注以下幾個方面：首先，制定班級的長期目標，確定班級工作的整體思路；其次，培養一支強大而有能力的干部隊伍，并進行指導和監督；再次，積極開展對個別學生和全體學生的思想工作，提高班級的凝聚力和向心力；最后，協調各方面的關系，形成教育合力。

　　而該放的要堅決放手，學生能干的，班主任堅決不要干。在做好以上工作的同時，班主任要大膽放手，把一些具體事務派下去，建立層次分明的立體型管理體系，如主題班會、每天的教室清潔、課間操甚至一些大型的活動等等。班主任要充分調動學生積極主動性，分工授權，引導學生參與管理，逐步鍛煉和培養學生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班級整體氛圍、班風的事我是嚴格關注的，因為我認為這是大事兒。 總之，管大放小，管主放次，授權負責，分層管理，既有利于班級的建設與發展，又有利于學生個性完善、能力的提高。

　　二、活與靜的尺度

　　一個班級活躍的氛圍很好，但是也不能過于活躍，這就需要班主任具備駕馭這種氛圍的能力和恰到好處的把握。常有教師抱怨自己班上的學生不夠踏實，雖然課堂氣氛很活躍，但一到考試就表現不佳，我認為這是度的問題。

　　在班級管理中，我認為有三個方面非常重要：第一是課堂氛圍。我的第一個班級是20xx級的8班，在這一點上我感覺我是失敗的，上課有點沉悶。當老師提出問題時，明明很多學生都知道答案，卻不愿意說出來，導致課堂上的情緒無法提升，影響了課堂效率。為了改善這一點，我在帶上一屆的20xx級這個班時采取了兩個我認為比較有效的措施來營造良好的課堂氛圍。首先，在上課開始時，要求學生向老師充滿激情地問好，這是一個良好的開端。可以想象，高亢的問候聲既可以調動學生的激情，也可以激發老師的激情。其次，建議年級統一要求課桌上不能堆放過多的書籍，這樣不想參與課堂的學生就無處可躲，能夠有效地調動學生參與課堂的積極性。特別是在高三年級，這一點尤為有效。第二個必須要注意的方面是各項活動的活躍性。對于這一點，我認為大膽地放手讓學生去完成可以有效激發學生的參與熱情和積極性。在玩耍的時候要盡情享受，充分發揮自己的水平。例如，在運動會時，我從來不主張學生僅僅專注于學習。我的要求是盡情參與，沒有項目的可以擔任拉拉隊員，或者從事服務工作。如果實在沒有其他任務，也可以當觀眾。我告訴學生們，如果你總是坐在那里學習寫作業，從小方面說你就是不積極不關心集體，從大方面說你是自私自利影響班級團結。大型活動是檢驗和提高一個班級凝聚力的最佳機會，因此班主任一定要重視，不能因為怕耽誤學生的學習時間而有意避開或表現不積極，特別是在班級建立之初。第三個，也是最重要的一點，就是學生的性格活躍。學習是學生最重要的任務，但學習并不是唯一的'任務，而且學習成績也不是孤立影響的，它由很多方面共同決定。特別是班主任在宏觀把握上不能只關注學生的學習成績高低。如果班上的學生沒有良好的心態和開朗的性格，我認為學習效果會大打折扣。這就要求老師善于引導，在及時發現一些跡象的時候能夠及時解決。特別是在與學生談心的時候，不要總是強調學習學習，可以多談談他的特長，適當指出他的問題，讓他覺得自己并不是一無是處，只需要堅持一下、多一點努力就可以做得更好。

　　一個班級除了活，還離不開靜，靜不能等同于死，我在班級管理中一直高調的提倡兩個靜字(到過我們班教室的老師可能都看到過，我們班教室的兩側墻上一直的掛著兩個“靜”字)：第一個靜是學習的心態要靜，人只有在心平氣和的情況下才能有更高的效率，在這方面，我一直對學生說，在學習過程中，尤其是在自習時間，要能像僧人一樣能夠“入定”，學習過程中不能像一只兔子，外面的任何風吹草動都可以警覺的，這樣是不可能搞好學習的，在這方面我對學生提出了一個要求，很簡單，就是每次在自習課時，我進教室的時候，班上的絕大多數同學應該不知道我進來(當然我是安安靜靜的進教室)，在培養學生這方面的素質時尤其是要注意幾個重點對象，要善于抓重點，把幾個重點抓下來了，整個班級的氛圍就上來了。第二個靜是環境的安靜，雖然在強調學生的心要靜得下來，能夠抗得住干擾，但我們還是要為他們盡可能的創造出良好的學習環境，這個良好的學習環境我比較關注的主要是三個時間段，一個是自習時間，一個是午休時間，還有一個是課間時間，可能前面的兩個時間段都比較好理解，對于課間時間，很多老師可能并不理解，我是這么想的，很多會聽課的學生往往在上課的時候把絕大部分精力都用在認真聽課上，所以筆記做得比較馬虎，只記了一個梗概，在下課的時候他們往往要用幾分鐘的時間對上節課的筆記進行初步整理，有些同學有課前預習的習慣，也需要相對安靜的環境，所以即使是下課時間，我也要求學生保持教室的相對安靜，雖然不一定像自習課那樣絕對安靜，但也不能太吵，需要休息的同學盡可能到教室外面休息放松，在學習環境方面，我有一個1>59的觀念，就是班上有60個學生，即使只有一個學生在搞學習，另外59個學生都要為他創造良好的學習氛圍，因為這個學生很可能就是你自己。去年學校作息時間改了后，下午兩點一十上課，所以晚自習前的時間多出20分鐘來，高三有很多班級都把晚自習進教室時間提前了20分鐘，但我們班沒有硬性要求你什么時候進教室，但有一點必須注意，就是你可以提前一點來，但只要你進了教室就必須安靜下來，做不到這一點你就干脆遲一點，你可以不珍惜你自己的時間，但你沒有權利影響他人的學習。

　　三、嚴與寬的尺度

　　嚴格管理一直以來都是學校對班主任管理工作的要求，而班主任也深知嚴格管理的重要性。然而，需要注意的是，“嚴”并不代表要嚴厲、冷酷地對待學生，嚴格管理更注重的是在原則和紀律上的執行。如果管理過于嚴苛，往往會導致學生個性受壓抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳，甚至可能引發學生的逆反心理，進而導致師生關系僵化。這既不利于學生身心健康的發展，也不利于班級工作的順利進行。因此，班主任在進行嚴格管理時，應準確掌握尺度，做到嚴而有度。

　　嚴格管理班級，我認為注意這樣幾個方面的問題，一個是時間上，在新的班級建立之初，一定要有比較嚴格的管理，因為開始的嚴格便于學生的養成教育，一旦通過開始的嚴格管理使學生養成了良好的學習習慣和行為習慣，以后的管理就會事半功倍，在這方面，我們有一個做得非常好的老師，就是我們組的唐敏老師，他在這方面非常有心得，他帶班往往也是以嚴格著稱，但是他投入最多的時候就是在建班之初，用他的話說就是開始整順了整服帖了，后面就輕松了，我也很贊成他的觀點，所以也一直在努力向他學習。第二是各種規章制度覺得能執行的就制定，不能執行的就干脆不要，這樣你將來的處罰才能夠嚴格執行，不能讓學生有漏洞可鉆。第三就是嚴格的處罰也要講技巧，班主任一定要注意不能完全的一視同仁，不同的人要有不同的處理方法，一是慣犯與偶犯，我常給我的學生說，人無完人，誰都可能犯錯，所以我允許大家犯錯，比如說遲到的問題，我敢說，就是在座的各位，誰都不敢說自己從來沒有遲過到，所以我認為學生偶爾遲到是一件非常正常的事兒，但是一定要區分偶爾遲到和經常遲到，偶爾遲到是可以原諒的，但是經常遲到就變成了一中習慣，有遲到習慣的同學絕對不能姑息，所以有時候我們班同樣兩個同學遲到，但一個可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自習，但另一個則只能站在教室后排上完自習，有時候甚至還有更嚴厲的處罰，比如說跑步，甚至聯合家長一起做專項治理。二是不同身份的同學的處理方法也應該有所區別，對于班級的主要班干部，在公共場合有問題一定要處罰，但同時也要愛護，你想啊，任何一個管理者都需要有自己的鐵桿，如果所有人都不和你站在一邊，自己不就成了光桿司令了嗎，以后自己的治班思路和各項規定還怎么貫徹下去呢，所以這些同學一定要打一下還要摸一下，也就是不能把自己的核心隊伍打散了(但如果你覺得某個班干部不適合還是要果斷的換掉);對于那些成績很好的同學犯了錯誤，一定要敢于批評，因為往往這些同學都是班里的榜樣，榜樣的力量是無窮的，如果這些同學不能管下來，他們產生的負面作用將是巨大的，班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最后是對于那些屢教不改的頑固分子要學會冷處理，要通過管理的手段在班級輿論上孤立他，讓他在班內沒有市場，甚至有時候他犯了錯也不理他，讓他和班級的同學都感覺他是一個特殊的人，當他感覺到孤獨的時候，他自然會慢慢的回到主流中來的，和這樣的人對著桿，吃虧的往往是班主任，受損的往往是班級氛圍，最得意的是那些想出風頭的學生，除非你已經決定讓他離開或者判斷他可以用強硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在處理一些問題的時候，也可以通過選擇性發現來回避一些矛盾，也就是自己不太想處理的人和事可以巧妙的移開自己的視線，假裝沒有看見，而對于必須要處理的人和事則要明察秋毫，這也是一種技巧，也需要一個尺度的把握。最后，在原則問題面前，就沒有這么多區別了，不管是誰，只要犯了原則性錯誤，那就是毫不客氣的，比如說影響他人學習的，擾亂課堂秩序的，頂撞老師的，考試舞弊的等等。嚴還必須與寬有效結合起來，靈活處理。當然，不管是誰，處罰之后，班主任要私下做好被處罰學生的思想工作，使其正確認識錯誤，并努力改正。同時，對學生違紀處罰的方式要多樣化，要寓教育于處罰之中。大家耳熟能詳的魏書生老師對學生犯錯誤的處罰的三個一：唱一支歌，做一件好事，寫一份關于錯誤的說明。他就把處罰變為生動的自我教育的做法，對我們是一個很好的啟迪。

　　工作實踐中，嚴和寬是教育中的兩個重要方面，相輔相成又對立統一。嚴并不意味著冷酷無情，寬也并非縱容放任。只有在教育中做到“嚴中有度，寬中有愛，愛中有教”，我們才能夠實現預期的教育效果。

　　四、與學生的關系尺度

　　亦師亦友，師生關系是一個常用的詞匯，用來形容良好的師生互動。對于年輕的班主任來說，在掌握師和友的尺度上可能會有一些難度。在我看來，師和友中傾向于師的角色更為重要。師與友最大的不同之處在于嚴肅性和權威性。在教室和課堂上以及處理問題時，你就是老師，必須保持嚴肅和權威。尤其是在處理一些原則性問題時，不允許學生嬉笑調侃。作為班主任，必須具備控制局面的魄力。例如，自習課上進入教室時，如果里面吵鬧，只需一聲“安靜”，教室立刻安靜下來；當處理一個同學問題時，他和你嬉笑調侃，只需一聲“嚴肅點”，他會立刻站好規矩。如果此時還和他講“友情”，那就表明你作為班主任無能。當然，這樣的權威和嚴肅并不是通過自己大喝一聲來實現的，而應該是學生對你的尊敬感的結果。在關鍵時刻，學生敬畏你、服從你，是因為他們對你的尊敬。這就不得不提到“友”這個詞。我認為師生之間的友好關系主要體現在老師關心學生以及學生對老師的信任上。在這一點上，主動權在于老師。只有當老師真正關心學生、在生活中接近他們時，學生才會對老師產生足夠的信任感，才愿意與老師交流。這種交流就是一種友誼。在拉近師生間距離方面，我覺得陳曉偉老師做得非常出色。他曾經說過一句讓我印象深刻的話。有一次，我準備去體育館打球時，碰到陳老師拿著一個羽毛球拍從體育館走出來。熟悉他的老師都知道，陳老師的羽毛球技術并不好。我開玩笑地說：“你應該打不過你的學生吧。”他回答：“我確實打不過，但我的目的是向他們示弱。”就是這句話讓我至今仍在思考，原來示弱也是一種技巧，也是拉近師生關系的有效方法。很多老師都不愿意在學生面前示弱，希望在學生面前扮演神的角色。然而，我認為這樣只會與學生疏遠。事實上，要讓學生愿意接近你，首先得讓他們認為你也是一個普通人，有自己的弱點，讓學生感受到在生活中他們完全可以接近你。這真是一種理想境界。然而，要達到這樣的境界，還有許多需要體會的。我覺得在這方面的尺度把握還遠遠不夠，一直在不斷探索中。也希望各位能給予我幫助。

　　5、用公平民主平等學生

　　我們都知道公平民主是應該講的，但實際上很少有人能夠真正做到。我相信自己在這方面已經做得很好了。我告訴學生們，無論誰，只要你們不主動找我，我都不會找你們談話。在我的眼里，我們班上沒有所謂的差生。即使是成績相對較差的學生，也可以過得很快樂，因為我給每個學生提供了展示各自特長的舞臺。不要在班級里說差生這樣的詞，因為一旦說出來，就意味著有差生的存在，這樣他們就不會有機會變得更好。同樣，也不要說某某學生具備某項實力，因為這等于否定其他七八十位學生的實力。所以，在我們班級中，每個學生都覺得自己很出色，至少我希望如此。

　　6、 善于挖掘學生身上的閃光點

　　每個人都希望被贊揚。不僅優等生需要表揚，學困生同樣需要贊揚。實際上，學困生身上也存在著許多優點，我們需要去發現和挖掘。作為班主任，我們應該善于發現學困生身上的閃光點，給予他們信任，并引導他們有意識地發揚優點，克服缺點，從而朝著積極的方向發展。作為班主任，我們不應吝嗇對學生的表揚，而應該多多激勵他們。我曾經在全班同學面前發過火，但事后我反思，自己當時的樣子是否很難看，是否有損教師的形象。如果可以通過其他方式教育學生，為什么要發火和斥責呢？這樣做既傷害到自己的身體，又使班級的氛圍變得壓抑。其實，學生擁有不同的教育基礎，來自不同的家庭，智力水平也不相同，因此學生的發展是多層面的。只要他們在原有基礎上取得進步就足夠了。我認為，“蹲下來看學生”大概就是換一種角度看待學生吧。我們不能用同樣的方式要求每個學生，因為學生的發展是多方面的。我們應該多考慮學生自身的特點，因材施教。

　　當一名班主任，是一項艱巨而又不易的任務；而成為一名優秀的班主任更加不容易。很多人可能會抱怨班主任工作的辛苦，這也導致了許多人不愿意擔任班主任的職務。然而，如果你目前就是一名班主任，我希望你不要抱怨，而要以平常心對待這份工作，并從中尋找快樂。我們要在工作和生活中都能感到快樂，要換一種角度去思考問題，合理地排解自己的消極情緒，學會享受其中的樂趣。只有保持良好的情緒，才能影響學生，進而取得更好的教育教學效果。

　　Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.

　　It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.

　　This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. 　　五、以人格魅力去感染孩子。

　　大家好！

　　很榮幸有這樣的機會和大家一起探討英語教學。在上級領導的關懷和支持下，我校在英語教學方面逐步加大改革步伐，提高英語教學質量，通過師生的不懈努力已初見成效。下向大家交流幾點我們學校的做法，有哪些缺點與不足之處，請給予指正，以便我們在今后的教學中加以改進和提高。

　　一、注重預習。

　　“預習”是一種良好的學習習慣，是課堂教學中的重要環節。它作為學習過程的起始階段，是培養學生自學能力的重要途徑，在提高學習效率方面有著重要的作用。它不僅能幫學生“學會”知識，更能幫助學生“會學”知識。做好預習工作，功在課外，利在課內。我們有以下幾個環節：

　　1、布置預習作業。

　　在寒暑假來臨之前，學校要求每位教師給學生特別布置假期預習作業。為了使預習有章可循，教師列出預習提綱，分發給每個學生。針對預習內容，教師必須提出明確的預習要求。而且預習要求必須合理，正確，有可操作性。我們給學生布置了預習前三單元的內容，具體到哪一天預習哪幾頁單詞，背會哪部分對話，掌握哪幾個句型，理解哪項語法內容。此外，每日摘抄一句英語諺語，兩天一篇閱讀理解，五天一篇英語練筆（小作文）。

　　2、指導預習方法。

　　針對不同的教學內容指導學生選用合適的預習方法，通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網絡學習、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學習。例如：會話練習可以采用查一查，補一補，說一說的方法；句型練習可以采用找一找，歸一歸，比一比的方法；閱讀練習可以采用劃一劃，查一查，寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚，只供一餐，授之以漁，可享一生。”只要堅持運用科學的方法培養學生的預習習慣，學生們一定會學會預習，運用預習，學會學習，為他們的終身學習奠下良好的基礎.

　　3、爭取得到家長的配合。

　　為了學生在假期期間更好地完成預習作業，使預習作業更有成效，我們學校在放假前特意召開了家長會，把學校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流，期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明，我們得到了很多家長的配合。

　　4、檢查預習效果。

　　檢查學生預習是否到位，存在有哪些問題，以便今后教學做到有的放矢。開學的第二天，我們學校就組織了各科的預習考試。成績上報學校，并作出效果分析。由于我們英語學科的特點，初二學生在預習單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好，但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。

　　二、抓好教研組建設。

　　學校是一個大群體，而教研組是一個小群體，教師是這個群體中的成員，我們每位教師的成長與發展都離不開這個群體。我校在抓教研組建設方面工作做得扎實，有條不紊，為每位教師的發展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動，要求人人過關。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題，重視對學生學習習慣培養的研究，和對學生自主學習意識培養的研究。通過教研活動，使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高，人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的，實現了教師之間，同伴之間的團結協作。一個人有困難時，大家都來幫助，讓她從困境中走出，不斷發展自己，提高自己，身處在這樣一個教師群體中，我深感榮幸。

　　三、加強備課組的集體備課。

　　集體備課是發揮群體優勢，提高備課質量的重要途徑，也是落實教學常規，提高課堂教學效率的.必要措施。我校很重視英語教研，特別安排了主抓教學的劉校長下組監督指導，使活動有計劃、有目標、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課，研究教學內容，研究學生，進度，研究教學方法，安排及教學資料做到一致。我們每周至少活動一次，時間固定，有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發言人，定活動的主題，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切實解決教學中的一些問題，努力提高課堂教學質量，完善教學，規范我們的教學行為，向課堂40分鐘要質量。

　　四、培養學生自主探究學習的能力。

　　本學年我們學校一直倡導培養學生自主探究學習的能力。要求教學要以學生為主體，轉變角色，成為學生學習的引導者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學”，即教師少講，學生多學。堅持放手原則：凡是學生能讀的就讓學生讀，凡是學生能說的就讓學生說，凡是學生能想的就讓學生想，凡是學生能討論的就讓學生討論，凡是學生能寫的就讓學生寫，凡是學生能做的就讓學生做。給學生自學時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習時間。在教學中，我們鼓勵學生嘗試地交流、討論、質疑、解惑；把問的權利交給學生，把講的機會讓給學生，讓學生參與到知識形成的過程中，并從中感受到“參與之樂，思維之趣，成功之悅”。

　　我們知道“學源于思，思源于疑”，學生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始，又在解決問題中得到發展。教學過程中學生如果能在教師創設的情境下，自己動腦思考，動口表達，將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創設情境、明確目標，其次呈現問題、啟發誘導，然后讓學生先自主探究、設疑質疑，再合作探究、解惑釋疑，最后對學生的活動加以評價，使學生活動的過程更規范化，在活動中該做什么，而不該做什么，逐步滲透到學生的腦海里。每節課盡可能給予學生自主學習的時間和空間，讓他們自主學習，培養他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學習習慣，提高他們的思維能力，真正使學生好學、樂學、會學，從而形成一種生動活潑輕松的學習局面。

　　盡管以往的教育教學工作取得了一些進步，得到了領導和家長們的認可，學生的學習方法，學習習慣和自主學習能力有了一定提高，一部分學生的學習興趣也得以鞏固和加強。但是，客觀地分析了學生的成績的各個方面，我深深地感覺到自身工作中還存在許多不足。例如：學生成績的兩極分化現象；相當一部分學生的英語學習興趣還有待于進一步的保鮮和鞏固；一些學生的基本學習習慣、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加強指導。另外，回首自身教學工作的各個方面，在常規教學的備課方面還存在不足，講課方面也還不夠靈活機動。以后的教學工作將帶著這些問題有針對性地開展。
